Anna was kind enough to share this with me and I wanted to make sure the group has access to this. Here are some free(legal) ways to get Les Miserables. If you are like me, you haven't had the money to grab a copy with the holiday's sucking all of your extra cash away! Thank you for sending this message out today. Now I have my free copy of Les Miserables and will start it when I finish Proof of Heaven. I also purchased War and Peace which I have wanted to read since I read Anna K., many years ago when it was an Oprah Book Club Book.

One of the greatest ( and biggest) classics ever!!!!!!!

This free one is a revised edition that eliminates some of the minor characters and subplots. Just an FYI. That could well be a plus in such a lengthy novel. :-) I don't read revised or abridged versions so thought you might want to know.

I got one through Kindle...haven't stated reading it yet, but eventually.
