Above All That Is Random book club discussion

Hi guys!
So I've decided that we're going to have a writing contest! Anyone can be a part of it that wants to.
Please try to have between 300-500 words, it doesn't have to be exact, aka, if you have 298 words or 507 words, that's not going to be a big deal. Please title your work. Please submit your writing by January 20th.

This month the story must be fantasy.

I woke up in the morning feeling different than usual. I got out of bed only to find that my family wasn't home. So I went out to the forest to look for them. As I was walking heard a rustle in the bushes. I tried to convince myself that it was just my imagination. But that was very hard and I found myself day dreaming. When all of the sudden my fluffy pink dress caught on a root and I fell, bumping my head. The next thing I knew I was in the forest at night. I heard the same rustle I had earlier and looked around. I saw a bright light that was coming towards me. It looked like a unicorn. It was white with a pink horn, and it told me that if I went around the river and past the biggest pine tree I would find my family. Then I woke up. It was a dream, but it felt so real. Plus I had to find my family, so I walked until I came to the river, I went around it. And by that time I had to take a rest, and right when I sat down I heard the rustle. I thought to myself that maybe it wasn't a dream, maybe it was real. So I followed the rustling, and soon I found myself standing in front of the biggest pine tree I had ever seen, and there I saw my family! I ran to them and gave them each a big hug. But it wasn't over as we had to get home. And that would take a few hours if not all day. So we headed out. But it was very cold, and since we had no food we were exhausted. So we stopped for a rest. And while I was sleeping I had another dream of the unicorn. She told me that we were going the wrong the way and that we should go west. So when we woke up in the morning I told my family about the first dream, and how it saved them. So they believed me about the second one. And we went west. But when we got home, their was a rustling in the bushes, and out walked a unicorn.

no, if you have like, 190 words or 520 words, that's ok. Those are just to set a general boundry.
