Mal (malxox) This is the top floor's hallway, where many Shadow Takers have been seen stalking between different rooms. Only extremely high up Supernatural are allowed at the top floor. Even when it comes to the Fallen Angel, they are basically hand selected.

Mal (malxox) Quinn gradually walked down the hallway, void of any accomplice until the moment Ashling appeared at his side. His eyes shifted to his left and he gave her a swift nod of his head. Today had been quite boring his the Shadow Taker’s eyes, there was little to do and he was intolerant of humans at the moment. If only he and Tayrn were to cross paths sometime soon, it would simply make his day wonderful. Whether he wanted to admit it or not he had found himself actually looking for his counterpart, hands linked behind his back that’s the whole reason he’d come up here. This is usually were she was, or at least this is where he met up with the pestered Shadow Taker most. Granite her being pestered came from him pestering her, but he enjoyed it more than roaming around with boredom clinging to his skull.

Me, Myself, and I Snake eyes dancing from painting to painting as she glided down the smooth hallway, Taryn's footsteps were silent even in spiked heels. The sunlight caught on her angel wings, a few feathers here and there splattered with deep crimson. Unless she had been successfully angered to the point of no return, the Shadow Taker sometimes preferred to see how clean of a kill she could commit. Her celestial blonde locks were piled back away from her face, cheekbones bathed in shadows that somehow seemed to emit from her. At her feet, Fae stalked around her, the fur near his shoulder blades shifting at his movements. The stopped in front of one particular painting, slit reflective eyes taking in the brush strokes. It was an utter pity- This is what was once considered artwork. It was, indeed, more of a mockery than anything. The picture frame shuddered in front of her, the wood creaking until an unseen force splintered it.

Mal (malxox) Ashling’s dark figure swayed beside Quinn, indicating that she was pointing something out to him, her shadowy arm raised in a certain direction before suddenly she vanished a poof a smoke. Quinn’s eyes flickered up to see his oh so favorite person standing just down the hallway from himself. A smile twitched on his lips as he straightened his back with utter delight. Though like her he emanated shadows and darkness there was a sort of light in his face that said he was going to enjoy himself. That strange light of playfulness her always got when around her. He was silent as he came closer to her, deviating to his own shadows though his presence would do little in surprising her. “Evening dear, what a pleasure in seeing you here.” He smiled from behind her, head tipped only a bit to glance once at the wretched painting. “Funny … it’s like you admire those things I see you staring at them so often.”

Me, Myself, and I A lock of blonde hair fell across Taryn's forehead, her soft hair wavy as it drifted down over her reflecting eyes. Fae's ears perked at her feet, cocking his head and taking on the appearance of a puppy that had heard something definitely puzzling. A soft sigh filtered past her lips- She need not to look behind her to become aware of who it was. Somehow, her body was already bristling, as if readying herself for a physical blow. Which was a ridiculous thought: The Shadow Takers knew better then to lay a finger on one of their own. But it was Quinn and this particular male species never failed to make her rationality flee her. At his endearment, a muscle in her jaw ticked and she whirled around. For a moment, nothing more than a blur of blonde and white wings. He stood so close behind her, he made Fae look like the demon gave her personal space. "Quinn, my boy, you know how much is displeases me when you refer to me by anything but my name." Her voice was nonchalant even as she stared up at him with her slit eyes flashing with anger. "I don't advice doing it again." Blinking her hair away from her face, she glided past him easily, moving to the mirroring painting on the opposite side of the room. Like she couldn't stand to be even two feet next to him- Which was, indeed, the case. "Well, they are surely not the most unattractive thing in the room." The wood splintered again, on the verge of shattering like glass.

(Ahh, I love them.)

Mal (malxox) ((Lol I do too, I'm just sorry that my posts are never that long or amazing :P))

Quinn only grinned at his fellow Shadow Taker. His hands even remained behind his back as if giving her some sort of respect, really though it was just something he did more often than not. He turned as she walked past him, the room felt chilled but it didn’t seem to affect him in the very least. Only then did he remove his hands for free motion, one plastering itself over his heart with a wounded but laughing look on his face. “Oh, ouch, sweetheart I had no idea you didn’t find me appealing.” He chuckled, dropping his hand into the pocket on his formal but obviously worn black pair of pants. Again he called her anything but her name, and she knew he did that purposely and for his own amusement. Generally whatever bothered her Quinn was the one to do it, to see him every day had to be a continuous pain in the ass her guessed – but he saw it as all good and fun personally. He’s grown to like her company over the many many years of living in the same castle, of course there were eight of them, but she was the only one that seemed effected by his playfulness. The fact that that was was remarkable, and he took pride in it. “You know, dear, if I do say so myself that was a bit cold of you. You certainly must not think such things.” He was being sarcastic of course, Quinn could care less.

Me, Myself, and I ((What ? Yeah, your post are ! They're by far better C;))

A low growl erupted from Fae's throat, not quite threatening. Not yet, in the very least. Taryn snapped her fingers and he disappeared as smoothly as he'd come, evaporating into something that appeared to be nothing more than mist. At his condescending remark, she very nearly whirled around and slammed him against a wall by his throat. But alas, no. She was turning over a new leaf, after all. Despite that train of thought though, the wood splintered completely, creaking and groaning, before the frame snapped in half. The sound of it slamming to the floor echoed down the beautiful hallway. "Yes well, Seraphim, it appears you learn something new everyday, do you not?" So maybe she knew how to get on his nerves as well. At least he was unaware of her real name- If that were the case, she might have already lunged for his throat like a wild animal. It appeared Fae was rubbing off on her. She turned to look at him with her strange, reflecting eyes, arching a silent eyebrow. Shaking the stray lock of blonde hair back from her face, she flashed a breathtaking smile. Of course, it didn't quite reach her eyes. "I do believe you are right. Maybe you should allow me some time alone to reconsider my life choices?" Even to her own words, she realized how downright. . . -What was the word again? "Bitchy" she sounded.

Mal (malxox) ((...Mm, no, not at all better. I'm simply stepping up my game with you because you're amazing XD
P.s. You know her picture doens't show up correct? I really have minimal idea of what she looks like XP))

Quinn gave another chuckle, it was lower this time and his eyes dropped down to the floor along with his neck craning forward just slightly. His smile remained vaguely and from the angle it looked absolutely sinister. He gave another laugh though and lifted his head back up, back straightening out of pure habit as he cleared his throat. His eyebrows popped up and then back down again and he flashed her a dazzling smile, his stance slowly easing again. “You really must find better comebacks, darling, it’s not a secret that that is my name. Face it, you can’t break me,” he laughed, shaking his head and eyes averted away down the deserted hallway. His playful attitude was nonetheless still there even at the mention of his real name, in which is anything but a big deal. He didn’t hate it like, say, Dusk hated his, and the fact that Taryn had another name didn’t even occur from him. “Nothing you say affects me in the least.” He smiled at her and took a step forward. “I suggest you pick that up by the way.” He added with risen eyebrows, referring to what had made the unalarmingly loud bang simply a moment ago.

Me, Myself, and I Taryn felt a throbbing begin behind her eyes, something Quinn seemed to have a talent for putting there. She had never been much for migraines and, in fact, she had not even had so much as a headache. Until this one Shadow Taker, of course. She was used to his smiles though, face remaining impassive- Aside from the slight twist of annoyance. Not even his dazzling smile did so much as an ounce of anything to her, immune to his false charms and relaxed stance. "Mmm, if that were my endgame in life, Quinn, I would have done so by now." She stiffened slightly when he stepped closer, eyes narrowing like that of a coiling snake's. Clearly advising him to step back again. His playfulness did not do much to ease her ruffled nervous: It had been awhile since she had played with a human and it was beginning to show. Remaining otherwise blank, she swept the lock of hair back away form her face again. "When I begin taking orders from you, you shall be the first to know." In other words, she was not picking up the frame. If the humans were not here to pick up her messes, than what was the point of them being there at all?

(Awh, shucks. But seriously, my posts have nothing on yours xD
Really ? I didn't know that.
Here's an idea as to what she looks like:

Mal (malxox) ((Lol, still can't see a thing bro))

His face remained playful and fairly sarcastic in his grinning lips, as if to show that he was at ease even when being given the death glare he stuck his free hand leisurely into his pant pocket with a shrug. “It wasn’t an order believe it or not, I wouldn’t be giving you orders, it would be a complete waste of my time and breath.” He retorted faster than a regular human would be able to think, his comebacks were swift and easily matched to her own. Quinn never stuttered, or you couldn’t say never, more like when he did (which is rare) it was all a part of the face he was putting on. Quinn didn’t do things incorrectly, and he most surely did not give anyone that amount of pleasure as to see him at any sort of loss. That included that nonsense loss of words. His eyes remained on her rather than on the frame, heck he hadn’t even glanced at it once in the time they’d been talking to each other. When talking to Taryn his eyes almost never left her, almost, then and again he liked to move them away, but in short intervals and everything else was boring. “Just as your breath was wasted earlier in telling me you didn’t appreciate my endearments.”

Mal (malxox) ?

Me, Myself, and I Taryn visibly stiffened, her spine going rod-straight as her snake eyes stared up at him. Something about the particular expression upon his face, like he was silently mocking her, made her want to hiss like a frustrated cat. Or a striking cobra. "I think you tend to forget I am not one to be toyed with, Seraphim." Her voice was nonchalant still, not sounding as utterly flushed as she really was. "Need I show you why?" She slid around him, her movements coy and smooth, like a snake slithering around her obstacles. Actions as silky and slick as water. Even with her back facing the other Shadow Taker, it was clear she should not be taken lightly. It had been said that once upon a time, she had been walking away from a nuisance of a human being. Who had then thought it be clever to try shooting her with a mere arrow- She had whirled around and caught it a few inches from her calmly beating heart. Though it was something like a rumor, that piece of information folded more so on the accurate side of the coin. Taryn stopped in front of the window, staring out at the remains of the city surrounded by the thick walls. A slow smile upturned the corners of her lips, looking almost. . . Unnatural. Like it did not deserve to be on her face. "Well. I do so like the sound of my own voice, my dear." Said from anyone else, it would seem like an attempt from a joke but from Taryn's pale, pouty lips it seemed more like a fact. Like simple words said before she ripped vital organs out from a still-beating body.
