"I" could be for Iron Hills
"M" is for Master of Esgaroth (after the fall of Smaug, he absconded with the money given him by Bard for the repair of Esgaroth, and later died in the Waste; later Masters were more wise)

N. I hate you guys >w<. Just kidding ... but N? I haven't read it for ages ._. N ... Necromancer! In the movie.
Necromancer
R ... nope >w< Anyone who can think of any we've missed, please tell us! Lol. EDIT: Radagast the Brown! Thank you, Beverly :)
S. Saruman
Grr ... there's no 'Uri' is there? xD. jk. Under___? I don't know.
EDIT: Under-Hill, or Unexpected Journey.
Oh, yes, well done. I was thinking about last night, though, and I also thought of Under-Hill. Bilbo was "Bilbo Baggins of Bag-End, Under-Hill".

"R" could be for Radagast, the wizard with the bunny sled team in the movie.
So we have ... A: Azog the Orc
B: Bilbo Baggins
C: Company of Dwarfs
D: Dark Lord Sauron
E: Elrond the Elf
F: Frodo Baggins
G: Gandalf
H: Home of the Elves
I: Iron Hills
J: Jolly Cotton of the Shire
K: Kili the Dwarf
L: Legolas the Elf
M: Master of Esgaroth
N: Necromancer
O: Ori the Dwarf
P: Peter Jackson
Q:
R: Radagast
S: Saruman
T: Thorin
U: Under-Hill
V:
W: Wargs
X:
Y:
Z:
We also have some double-ups - e.g. Smaug for S, Oin for O, Unexpected Journey for U ... anyone for another go?

As a librarian, I have ready access to "Tolkien's World From A to Z: the Complete Guide to Middle-Earth," which, as you may guess, includes the name of every sentient being, creature, place and thing mentioned in the Hobbit, the Lord of the Rings, and the Silmarillion. For letters "Q," "X," "Y," and "Z" there are no listings for anything that appears in "Hobbit." But, according to this book, "V" is for "Vanyar" aka the Fair Elves or Light Elves, and "W" is for "Wargs" (I should have remembered them from the movie).

Carc, an intelligent raven who lived upon the Ravenhill beneath the Lonely Mountain in the days of King Thrór.
