Thanks and sorry about that - I guess it doesn't help if it is private! Anyhow, I'm now trying to figure out how to make it visible but so far I'm having no luck. I'll keep trying. If you have any idea how to change the setting please let me know.

No problem! I will have to check it out... I have been looking for but haven't had much luck

It looks like it is available to borrow on ebookfling.com. If you haven't yet been on that site, you need "credits" in order to borrow any books. You can either buy them (bah!) or loan books to get free credits. I don't know if it's available on booklending.com, but you may check there too. You don't need credits so it's a little easier.
