History: was born an ice dragon until his parents rejected him and the threw him in the sea; he was welcomed by the sea and transformed into a water dragon; was trained to be a fighter and is good at it because of his past anger

Personality: River is a bit younger, but he's fairly wise. He is a dragon that others come to when they need adice. He (like other water dragons) never leaves the water and would ever be anywhere else. He's not a dragon whom you would mess with in a fight because of his long claws and excellence in training.
History: He just knows alot, nobody really knows where he inherited the gift. He excelled at his training mainly because he is a quick learner.

yea I know I thought of the crossbreeding thing after I posted it but I had to come up with a reason why he looks so much like an ice dragon

he has no ice powers though if you were thinking about that kind of thing
