What makes a person a good friend? How would you define a friend? What is a Friend??

A friend is someone who's alway there for you. There's this poem i memorized a long time ago about friends...lets see if i can remember it...

Friends are the ones that make u strong
friends are the ones who do you no wrong
Friends are the ones that stand by ur side
Even after you've laughed and cried
Friends are the ones who say "It's ok..."
"he wasn't good for you anyway"


and thats as much as i can remember. There's more...

well I think a friend is someone that will always be beside you, someone you can trust, and someone who will guide you.
They'll tell waht is right, even if you don't want to hear it, and give you all the help, love and support you need.
That's what a true friend is.

well ive been thinking for a long time to ditch some of my friends some of them don't have those qualities i'm starting to get it out but its been really hard because it's hard lkoosing friends i've lost many in my life and i'm only 13! i've learned to chose my friends more wisely.

that's smart. If they don't respect your morals though, you should just 'ditch' them.

i don't know what's a friend :S they always broke my heart, like just one moment ago :(

ya ive never realy had a realy good guy friend but i have a realy good girl friend (that im not dating n never have dated) that broke my heart but its slowly getting back 2 the the way it was in the good days

well i'm in eighth but im supposed to be in seventh because i started school a year earlier than every one else

n ya it doesnt bother me 2 say fairly personal stuff on the computer cuz who is gona take the stuff ive said n come find me n stalk me or. . .idk something else thats weird n creapy

i never really have experienced a "bad friendship". The friends I have all respect me for who I am. I guess it's just one of those blessings.

17 and a Jr... something I never experianced. I graduated early, so I was 17 and a Sr.

my brother graduated at 17 but his b-day is in may

I had just turned 17 when I graduated. :) It was a strange feeling being the youngest student in a college lecture.
