So you have these abilities or you are just a pathetic normal who fails to embrace your abilities.

This is a small town called Aiféala Anaithnid the town was named after it's dark history after the Civil War. No one knows it's History except the towns mayor. who is handed the information on the town when taking office. Aifeala Anaithnid is a small town located somewhere in California, no one has ever been able to find it on a map or on a GPS, but all sorts of people get lsot finding it. The name means Unknown Regret...anyone who comes here never seems to wnat to leave...it is located in a valley srounded by a bowl of mountains.

When it comes to the Psion's they are ranked.

Apprentice: This is the starting point for anyone who wishes to learn these abilities. Apprentices must be accepted by a mentor, so that they are taught properly.
Apprentice must listen to his master and train until he becomes a Full User. An apprentice doesn't have any extra rights. Simply say you want to learn this stuff, and talk to a Mentor. You will then be a level 1.
It takes a very long time nearly half a life time to learn everything there is to become a higher rank.



Full User: Once you become a Full User, you can continue to train with your mentor, or go off on your own and teach youreslf the skills. You will reach the rank of Full User when your mentor says you're ready.
A Full User doesn't need to have a mentor, and may teach himself.


Mentors:
To become a Mentor you must have great knowledge of the abilities. Only another Mentor can decide if you are able to become one. You don't have to be extremely powerful to become a Mentor. While you do have to have some abilities, what really matters is that you know alot of information about the different abilities, and are responsable enough to take on the position. Having the title mentor means that you can make good decisions, even at hard times. You must pose a sort of leadership quality, and be able to get others to follow you.
A Mentor can teach a group and have an apprentice but he/she may only have one apprentice. Mentors also have the ability to decide the rank and skill level of others.
A current Mentor will test you and decide if you are worthy to become a Mentor. Contact a mentor if you think you are ready.

The Test:
The Mentor Test is split up into 3 sections,

1 - This tests your current abilities

2 - This tests your knowledge

3 - This tests your experience

4- You will be ask a load of questions

do we have to start off as an apprentice? or can we have them be a full user?

you can have them be full user but be very detailed full user cannot be a mentor unless their mentor said so
