Personality: He holds a charming seductive aura, and a mind set of a serpent. He is dangerous in every aspect. He cares not to kill or harm anyone. He often seeks pleasure and leaves. He enjoys torture and has it mastered. He even has evolved his powers.
Ability:
1. Hemokinesis-Hemokinesis is the ability to control blood with the mind. This type of Psi has not yet been heard of, and very few have been able to control such substance. There are few techniques to control it. Many believe that this form of Psi is not real. Hemokinesis breaks down into a side branch to Hydrokinesis since blood carries water. Hydrokinesis (The ability to control water) may link to controlling blood. (Search for hydrokinesis for more info). This kinesis is both offence (Stop an opponents blood) and deffence (Heal a partner or yourself in battle).
Yes it is true that Hemokinesis is uncommon but not unheard of. It is true that we do not know a lot about this type of kinesis but there are a few people that have been known for this though this was back in the days of old. many people now think of this as a urban legend. Alot of people have come to think of this as bloodbending well to a certain extent that is true but bloodbending can only work on blood that is still in a living body where as hemokinesis you have the ability to control blood inside AND outside the body. This type of kinesis is very dangerous.It is like "Bloodbending" (from Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra.) By making one tiny mistake, you or someone else may end up dead.Look at deadman wonderland for more details and techniques.Good luck and be careful.
2. Xacrokinesis-The power to absorb astral, or emotional energies and convert them into one selfs fear, with this one can create a scary terrifying ghostly image and project it into someone elses sight. One could also project concussive strikes of energy to target opponents.
Remember this is a demonic ability and don't use them for innocents or people who made you angry.

Necrokinesis is the ability to modify or incur death. There are different ways to make this happen, but they all require an extreme amount of mental power. Think about it this way: moving an object is relatively simple compared to killing someone.

History: Born in a Bristol, Uk. He has always had Psionic energies and never has he shown weakness. Killing his parents with his bare hands when he was 14 he mvoed with all of their money to the states where he discovered this happy little town and instnatly wished to learn of the power he possesses. He quickly acheived all of the goals his Mentor set before him, who desperately desired to see into his future, once he did he saw corruption. Adrien was a horrible being. His mentor tried hard to lower levels in energy within Adrien, but Adrien saw this and had secretly learned Necrokinesis. He killed his mentor with one touch and has be deemed a Mentor before his mentor was murdered.

Description: She is slim but not skinny. She is some what on the small side. Her eyes always look dark yet some how playful, just perfect to lure you in. Most of the time she has an uninterested expression, but once in a while the smile breaks through and then there is no escaping. She occasionally streaks her hair with dark colors that clash with her naturally blond hair.

Personality: Caitlyn was never your usual kid next door. She had a pretty face, so no one guessed what kind of a person she really was...well, until it happened anyway. She revels in her power. She loves blood shed and keeps herself amused by it. She life source is the end of other lives. She doesn't give a care about what others think. She doesn't care about any ones feelings. She doesn't trust anyone, and sees everyone as just another thing for her to play with. Sadistic, she always tortures her victims before she kills, but takes care not to get too involved. She has never loved anyone outside herself and doesn't plan to. A mistress of manipulation and poisoned promises and sweet lies. Hiding behind a pretty face that wasn't hers, she inflicts pain ruthlessly. The most emotionless creature that ever existed. Others lives have no value for her, neither does her life. She is extremely reckless and rash and takes unnecessary risks.

History: Caitlyn Stark had been born to a normal family. Her parents loved her dearly, and showered her with their affection, giving her everything she wanted. But even since she was a toddler, she had a wild streak in her. Or at least that's what every one thought. No one saw her twisted deeds, starting off with little things like plucking the wings off insects, and throwing little stones and stray dogs. As she grew, so did her problems. It was more evident now, but people still didn't see them, or chose not to see them. She once put a little kitten in a pan of water and boiled it, just to hear it shriek and die. Her parents found the boiled kitten, along with Caitlyn in the kitchen, but they cleaned it up in a hurry and didn't even ask her about it. Maybe they knew, deep down, what a monster she was, but they chose to ignore it. Time flew by, no longer was caitlyn so innocent to perform her deeds where she could be caught. This was the time, that she got a little baby brother. Pretty to look at, just like her. She despised him. All the love and affection now she had to share with him. But she suffered through it. She was developing powers and she knew it. She had known other people who had powers too, but none of them was anything like hers. Her brother grew up, as did she. She had not revealed her powers just yet, and had fragile control over it. But unfortunately for her, her brother found out as she had stood there in the alley behind the school with madness in her eyes while a boy of her class repeatedly bit into his own flesh, the blood filling his mouth and splattering his cloths. He screamed, he thrashed, tried to get away but how could you get away from your own body and mind? That's how the boy died tearing at his own body...and Cait's brother saw it all. He was horrified of course, but then he had always know there was something wrong with his sister. He held it over her, threatening to tell everyone if she didn't do as he asked. She still didn't have complete control over her powers to influence him without killing him. So she kept silent. He bullied her, shamed her...but one day he went too far. That was her undoing. She let all hell lose. Her brother died in slow agony, screaming till his throat was raw, begging for death. It was too big to ignore for everyone. She was suddenly a monster. Her parents cowered at her sight. And so, she turned her back on her pathetic life. She ran away, came to a bigger city. She was clever and cunning and soon she was taken under the wing of a mentor...who met his untimely demise just two weeks after. Caitlyn was exceptionally strong and her powers exceptionally destructive. She already good control of her powers by then and she learnt all the finer points in the two weeks by her mentor. After killing him not-so-unpurposefully, she has been continually increasing her power ever since and earning her living through her artistic skills and making money by a few illegal sides.
Job: An Art teacher in an institution (sometimes takes contracts for killing people, deals with illegal firearms)
