History (4-6 scentences): Her family died when she was fourteen, forcing her to wander around Aus. By accident, The Girl came across an 'empty' building, which she walked into. A few seconds later, blasts of chemicals surrounded her from a government experiment, changing her forever. After that, the government started to hunt her down, and she went on the run, fighting for her freedom.

Personality: She is quiet but bold, standing up for what she believes. She will gladly take charge of situations, and is caring for other humans with powers. She keeps secrets from everyone.

Dex didn't tell anyone of his abilities, which allowed him to get anywhere quickly and get out just as quick. When he told his father, he started to use him. Dex refused to continue and his father started hitting him and abusing him. Dex ran away from his family after.

History: When Zachary was born his mother didn't want him and his father wasn't around to make a claim. He was sent to foster home after foster home but nobody wanted to adopt him. He finally found a pretty stable home at age 13, living with the Baxter family who had a son a year older than him named Andrew. Zach and Drew grew extremely close which led to the Baxters adopting Zach as their own son. Zach and Drew were on a class trip to Australia when they both found their powers; they never went back home, preferring to keep their powers a secret from all those they knew.
Personality: Even though Zachary had a tough beginning he doesn't let that affect who he is. Zach is one of the happiest people you will ever meet. He rarely gets down and is extremely optimistic. He loves a good laugh, sometimes at his own expense. The two things that will for sure get Zach angry is if someone hurts Drew or if someone says they aren't true brothers.

There she discovered her powers after surviving a light plane crash and healed herself (she suffered a broken arm and gashes on her legs) and ran away before any medics arrived on the scene. She was presumed to be dead by her family and never left Australia, instead living in an apartment under the name of Aala before she found The Girl and joined her.
Personality (2-10) She has a quiet but fierce temperament and is determined in her actions and the use of her powers. She has a good conscience and spirit and loves to help people. She is happy most of the time and is easily trusting, though this sometimes leads her down the wrong path. She is intelligent and a good problem solver and has a good moral standing. History: Long ago, her father was the owner of a powerful country by the name of Opium, which was a strip of land between the United States and Mexico which was filled with the estate and Opium poppy fields. No longer, does this beautiful land exist, as it was wiped away by war. "I was a twin. It was my 5th birthday." She was flashing back to the day. The colors were faded like an old movie and the soundtrack was broken up. It was almost scary.

4 children playing in the yard, the image breaking and shaking every once in a while. Laughter, eerie as it, like the rest, was not whole. It flickered to who could only be his parents. They looked stricken.

"Each of you, darlings, pick one thing and get in the car. Hurry." The mother's voice was strained.

The children stopped playing, their ball dropping and slowly rolling into the street. They nodded and ran inside.

Angel closed her eyes, and the image became sharp and clear. The sound whole. It was almost more terrifying, having it complete.

Each kid came out, one by one. Septimus (The twin) was carrying a stuffed bunny, old and worn.

Jace (The older sister) carried a compass.

Matteo II (The younger brother) had a journal.

Angel was empty handed.

The father had already started the car, and the mother clambered into the backseat. Jace, Axan, Matteo II, and Septimus were all smashed into the passenger seat. Angel sat next to her mother.

The father pulled the car out, it skidding a bit by the sheer speed of his actions.

They had only driven a few feet before the image skipped, like an old DVD. They were in the middle of no where, sliding to a stop. A cloud of dust made the picture invisible as the car halted. When it cleared the car was surrounded by soldiers. Line after line after line.

The father climbed out of the car, holding a shotgun to his side. He lifted it and shot several of the soldiers. For every one that fell it seemed one thousand more appeared in their place, crowding in. He slid back into the car, shutting the door.

"Give me the gun, Matteo." The mother said softly. He nodded silently and handed it to her, expecting her to shoot down more of the soldiers, though this was not to be.

Instead, she plastered on her sweet, kind smile as Angel clung to her, eyes wide. "I love you all." She brought the gun to her temple, Angel looking her mother in the eyes, meeting her watery gaze.

A single shot sounded off and the gun fell to the floor. Blood fell and ran down Angel's face, her dead mother lying against her.

The little girl didn't cry, but the rest did. Silent tears covering their faces. Her father, Matteo, lifted the gun off the floor and got out of the car again. He spread his arms wide and shut his eyes, dropping the gun to the ground. "Shoot." His single command to the soldiers rang out and a cascade of bullets swept over the man, who was dead before he hit the ground.

Still, the soldiers shot, each bullet that hit animating the dead man like some sort of twisted, diseased rag doll. They didn't stop until what had once been Angel's father, the powerful Matteo was nothing but a bloody lump of ragged flesh and bone.

Angel watched silently from the window, still not a tear in her eyes. Everyone else was quietly sobbing.

One of the soldiers roughly ripped Septimus out of the car. Angel wanted to do something, anything, but she stood no chance. The soldiers stood him in front of Angel's window and slowly cut each of his fingers off, and then anything else they could think to chop. They cauterized the would each time they cut. They didn't want him to bleed out. He lived until he didn't even resemble a human any longer, and they slit his throat. Septimus' last movement was to wave goodbye to his watching twin.

Her older sister was ripped away, and she watched the soldiers cut out her heart. She was alone except for her brother, who was sitting prone in the front seat, unable to offer even the slightest of consolations.

Angel was drenched in her mother's blood, in this haunted car. Alone with her dead mother. Still, her eyes were dry. Well, not alone, but close enough. Matteo crawled into the back and clung to her.

The scene changed. Thousands of mental hospitals and science labs flashed past. Years and years of memory. It all ended here.

The memory was over.

History: Joe’s name was inspired by a joke his parents shared when they met in college. Back then, things were good. Joe went to the beach one day to take pictures for a senior project, and then that was when he met The Girl. Something happened after she left, to this day, he doesn’t remember what he felt inside him, but his heart stopped beating. He was announced dead when the paramedics came, and his parents mourned over his death. While he was waiting to be cremated in the storage room at the crematory, something inside him changed. He woke up with an unexplainable gift. He ran straight back home, and called for his parents saying that he was alive. His father answered the door, then he punched him across the jaw. His mother had killed herself when she thought Joe was dead, and had left her father all alone. His dad blamed Joe for everything that went wrong, and told him never to come back. So he didn’t.
