Draco and his family were known supporters of Lord Voldemort and played major parts in the Battle at Hogwarts.

Should Draco Malfoy have been sentenced to Azkaban for his part in the war?

Charleen | 57 comments No. He became good in the end, I'm almost positive of it (partly because I love Draco Malfoy, but still)

Rose (ka-tet-rose) | 37 comments I don't believe Draco should've been sentenced to Azkaban at all, since he never actually wanted any part of it. Draco Malfoy was a confused and pressured boy.

I agree with you Ciarra, the whole Malfoy family cowardly than evil for the most part anyway.

S Jakes | 281 comments We are told that Azkaban is for the worst criminals. Whilst there is a possibility Lucius may go back there, we are not given any evidence to suggest that Narcissa ever committed any mass murder or even had the Dark Mark burnt into her forearm. And whilst Draco did bear the Dark Mark, he never committed any horrendus crimes.
