You can be human, wolf(and human), or half-wolf. If you think of any other's from the series, or you have a request for something different, feel free to ask!

History
Well, in the series, Kiba meets Tsume, and then Kiba meets Hige, and then Tsume meets Toboe. They set out on their journey and meet a variety of characters like the pack living in another city, to the indians, and Quent, the wolf hunter. And we can't forget about Quent's wolf dog, Blue (or Blu).

Characters from the series (but you can make up new ones, remember this is a spin-off. Like Wolf's Rain 2)

Kiba- The Leader of the rag-tag group. White fur
Tsume- Untrusting Wolf with a dark past. Gray fur, with an X like scar on his chest
Hige- Loves to eat. He also has a secret past, but doesn't remember until they reach Jaguara's Keep(/City). Yellowish fur.
Toboe- Girlish looking boy. He has a special bond with Tsume, though Tsume won't admit it. Toboe would follow Tsume to the end of the earth. He is super loyal. Redish brown fur with some other markings.
Blue- Half wolf half dog. Hunted Wolves with Quent before she knew her heritage.
Quent- Wolf hunter. Everybody thought all the Wolves in the world were dead, extinct for 200 years. But not Quent. He knew they were out there.
Cheza- The Flower Maiden. The Wolves follow her scent to paradise. She knows the way. The Wolves will risk their lives to save her. Made entirely of Lunar Flowers.
Darcia- Creator of Cheza. He is somehow part Wolf, part human. Or something.
Homina- Darcia's love. However, she is dying. And for some reason always naked throughout the series.....
Cher- Has researched Cheza for years until Cheza escaped.
Hubb- Cher's ex husband. However, while he still loves her, Cher's feelings have subsided due to her obsession with Cheza.
Jaguara- Kidnapped Cheza and tries to open paradise using Wolf blood. She also drinks Wolf blood, which is really weird. And there is a secret you will find out once Jaguara takes off her helmet.

There are also many other characters that they meet, as I've said. They never really name them in the series though.

If we can get others to join we can get going. Also it was a TV series not a book series, although I think there may be a few comics out there.

No, I don't think they air anymore, but like Scourge said, there are videos on YouTube. I think the whole series is up there, it's only like 30 episodes, only a half hour each.

Brief history of yourself: Usually wandered around the city pretending to be one of those stray dogs, until she found it was fun being human for a little bit. Then she met Cobalt while being attacked by rats in the sewers.

Thanks! I'm writing a story about Sparrow's history! Not quite done with yet. Because we haven't started roleplaying yet, I thought that was the least I could do.

I’m not sure if you can consider this brief but here’s their history.

Kazuki and Celestine are twin wolves whose pack was wiped out when they were cubs. Celestine as a wolf and as a human is mute. She is usually found hiding behind Kazuki, cold and distant, the “guardian” of Celestine and Akiko. Both Kazuki and Celestine spend almost all of their time as humans after their pack’s destruction. Akiko is a blind child whom they encountered almost dieing on their way to Freeze City. She, meaning Akiko, knows nothing about wolves and she has never questioned Kazuki or Celestine…

Brief history of yourself: Morainn is 16 and she loves to draw. She just left thee city she was staying in to find paradise and look for other wolves. Her family died when she was a pup.
