A lot of vegetarians will not only be asked this question personally in her/his lifetime but they will experience asking the same daunting question themselves? Where DOES a vegetarian get her/his protein from?!

Well have no fear Mighty Mouse is NOT here, it’s me Isabella, no worries. And I am here to give you a Golden Ticket to a free healthy protein living, listen carefully and take it in…this just might save your life one day…that was a joke.

Anyway here we are all of the food groups YOU can get vegetarian protein from:

Vegetables
Nuts
Seeds
Lentils
Beans
Chickpeas
Tempeh
Non-dairy milk
Quinoa
Tofu
Nut Butter
Pasta
Rice
Etc.
