I know it's really early in the book and we really haven't learned much about anything, but letting your kid go off to India by herself??? What?!?! My parents would never had let me do that, and I'm not even sure I would do it NOW! She just doesn't know a lot about these people and where she is going. Don't get me wrong AWESOME opportunity but I still can't believe they just let her do it!

Vendea | 55 comments Yeah, it was just little...unbelievable? I don't know but she is sexteen years old.. And if I think about my sixteen years old me, I wouldn't be able to go on my own.. And as you noticed, yeah.. she was there one week? Two weeks? She didn't know so much about them and only for tiger and good opportunity? I would be scared on her place...

The whole situation is a little hard for me to believe, but when they got to India I started really enjoying it! I know she really doesn't have a choice being in the middle of the jungle with only Ren, but so far I can understand her wanting to help him.

Brigid ✩ Yeah, I had a lot of believability issues with this book ... as well as a lot of other issues. :P Hopefully some of you enjoy it more than I did!

I don't really know why but I can believe the " he's been a tiger for 300 years and she has to set him free" scenario more than her foster parents just letting her leave like that. LOL. Maybe I need to take a break on the PNR genre, but that part I get, not so much on the random trip to India. I will say, as much as Kelsey trusts and likes him Mr. Kidam gives me the heebie-jeebies for some reason, I don't trust him at all. I honestly couldn't even tell you what he did to make me wary but I don't get good feelings. I hope I'm wrong though!

Nikki (mommanik24) | 4 comments I'm not too far into the book, yet. I don't have a hard time believing that a just turned 18 year old would go alone to another country (there were a few post HS graduates I knew that went to Europe alone), but I have a harder time with a girl, who doesn't know much about animals, was left in charge of a tiger after 2 weeks. With that being said, I know it is just a story, so I'm trying to enjoy it for what it is. I'm only to the part where she has discovered something about her tiger in the jungle. I'm interested in seeing how the story unfolds!

I hate to sound unfair about it, but it's not going to see Buckingham Palace in London, this is the jungles of India. I guess that's where my issue with how everyone just jumped right into it. However, I am loving this book, I'm about 100 pages to the end and I already bought the next one to read when I'm finished! I loved Ren, I am really interested to see more about Kishan and Kelsey did grow on me a lot, I really like her.

I take it back, I'm really mad at Kelsey. I finished last night and don't want to give anything away, but I can't believe what she did at the end!!! Infuriating!

I hope everyone is still enjoying this book!

Nikki (mommanik24) | 4 comments I also did not enjoy Kelsey at the end of the book! Very frustrating. I also felt she sounded a little juvenile for an 18 year old throughout the book. I enjoyed the story, and look forward to the movie (2015), but I don't know if I can read the next book in the series. If anyone has read the next book in the series, I'd love your take on Kelsey's attitude. I really hope it improves!
