"really?! That's so cool. I wish my wonderful god had something that interesting.
"neith." she shrugged. "nocturnal is cool with me."
"I snore?....you know what? I don't want to know. And thats probably why I haven't seen you around much."
"ditto. And come on! Khonsu? I follow Neith and she gave birth to Ra and is supposedly a virgin and never had kids. And she is the goddess of weaving and....war."
"Vegas huh. I wish. But question. What do war and weaving have in common again? She just doesn't make sense. Hey wanna go grab a bite?"
I was minding my own business being the new person in the house I was kind of shy then I saw two people walking I decide to go up to them they looked like nice people.
Hi I said sheepishly I am jake. Where are you going to?
"I'm Danny. Nice to meet you." she puts out her hand to shake.
Jake, i said shaking her hand where are you going
She shrugs. "not much. Rose was just going to get some lunch, but I just ate so...."
O.K I said what path are you following I asked trying to strike up a conversation

"so when did you come to the house?"
I came to the Brooklyn house about a week ago I said.
"cool." Danny smiled. "I came about three or four months ago. What classes are you signed up for?"
I am signed up for shabti making, problems 101, egyptian history and animals of Egypt. What about you?
"random. What ever I feel like."
Thanks I said I am going to the library you want to come I asked

I went to a shabti and said can you get me a book on snakes. And the shabti ran off.
I shabti came back and I sat at a table and began to read

So what's our first stop? I asked
Sure I said. As we started walking.
"let's go on a bus to downtown."
ok I said how much? I asked as I pulled out my wallet.
Danny shakes her head. "we walk down the block first, silly. Then we take either subway or the bus to the mall."
The mansion is five stories high and is magically hidden on top of an abandoned warehouse. It is built from enormous limestone blocks and steel-framed windows with hieroglyphs around them. The entrance is a block of wood with no handles or knobs and can only be opened by magic. A terrace wraps around the house and contains a swimming pool in which Philip lives. It cannot be seen by regular mortals and magical barriers keep enemies out.
