Gone With the Wind Fans discussion

Going to a GWTW book discussion at a local library on February 6th. I really hope the participants actually have read the book and don't rely solely on the film. Really looking forward to this.

There are a lot of fiercely loyal fans of the book, and there should be some of them there. Please post again about how the meeting went.

GWTW book discussion last night was wonderful. All but one person read the book. Lots of interesting comments about the characters and the times in which they lived. Gerald and Rhette were both favorites. Everyone but me hated Scarlett and we even had great discussion about the movie vs the book. Of course the book won out.
