Carrie, I've been meaning to ask this for a while, but there are some programs that can convert ebooks into any format you need, is that okay to use when you don't have the file people need? This might help for Regan...

I have a few different programs on my computer that convert... however... they convert on the computer and don't all it to transfer to devices. My ereader is not like a kindle, nook, or android operated. It's very basic. I can't download the programs on the ereader itself to convert either.
