1) He's green. Come on.
2) He's got the single most awesome personality complex ever to hit the fictional universe. A nerdy nuclear phycist AND an incredible green rage monster? Awesome.
3) His story is by far one of the saddest I have ever heard. That gives him fans' sympathy. The way the character is set up is just brilliant.

Well, Spider-Man is actually part of the Avengers, just not a major role in it....but he's my fave!!! 1. Peter Parker, he's just adorable!
2. He's loyal and a good friend :)
3. His suit or uniform or costume or whatever you wanna call it, is freaking awesome!
4. His powers are AMAZING! (Hehe, get it?)

Have you ever seen him in the Fantastic 4? In that movie he was a troublemaker, a playboy, a rule-breaker, and everything else that goes along with it!
