Danger In The High Seas discussion

This is the place where there is maps.

Arabelle walks in.

Steven followed and looked around the Chart Room.

The Chart Room was full of maps,tables,chairs and four portholes.

Steven walked over to a map and flicked on a lamp, lighting up the map. He wrote some notes on the map.

Arabelle looked at the map.

Steven sat down and sighed into his fist. He studied the map, taking in every little detail.

The map had seas,lands,and red and blue dots."What are the dots for?"asked Arabelle.(Blue for lands explored.Red for not yet explored.)

"The blue ones are lands that we've explored and the red are unknown to us," Steven replied and added another blue dot to the map.

"Oh.Ok.What direction are we headed?"asked Arabelle.

Steven grinned and pulled out a small ship figurine. He placed it roughly where we are, "Around here."

"Ok.What's our course?"asked Arabelle.

Steven drew on some dotted lines and ended the trail with a star, "That is our course but it may alter."

"Ok."said Arabelle."Are we going to stop at any places?"

Steven nodded slowly, "Maybe find some supplies or bring back exotic plants."

Arabelle nodded."Do you want me and the others to so anyhing?"asks Arabelle.

Steven shrugged, "You can do as you please."

"Ok."said Arabelle.

Steven sighed and sank down into a chair. Never had he thought being the captain of a ship would be so hard. Never.

"Are you ok?"asks Arabelle worriedly.

(Hello.Are you still on?)

Steven nodded and looked back down at the map, "I just want to take good care of this ship. It means a lot to me."

(Well I am. By the way, what kind of ship are we on?)
Arthur (librarian's assistant) walked in. "
Ummm...hi! Can I look at the charts, I love maps and charts!" He smiled sheepishly.

(I'm back.The ship's name is the Oceana.)
Arabelle looked at him."Sure."she said smiling.

"That's fine."said Arabelle.She quickly repeated the things that they had discussed.

(Is anyone on?)

Steven swiveled around in his seat and looked out the window. ((There is one here right?))

(Yes there is.)
'Do you want to discuss more Steven?"asked Arabelle.

Steven shook his head, "No, that's fine."

"Ok.May I just look at the other charts and maps?"Arabelle asked.

"Yes. Yes. Go ahead," Steven replied, still staring at the water outside.

Arabelle looked at the charts and maps.There were so many.She soon was absorbed in courses,islands,and so on.

Steven looked at the water. It looked so...blue.

(Ok.)
Arabelle was still looking at the charts and maps.She traced her finger following the traced lines leading to places.

Tempest, the sea dragon, came up to the surface and watched Steven watch her.

Steven blinked a few times at the sea dragon.
