The Jewel question

Throughout reading this book I've seen hints of Garnet and Annabelle possibly being in a relationship and I started to ship it. I know a lot of people ship Garnet with Violet but I see evidence of Annabelle and Garnet. Here's why:

(Pg 101) Violet: "I saw the Duchess's son...He doesn't seem anything like his mother"
Annabelle smiles a very private sort of smile, like my words have amused her in away I don't understand.
Violet: "What's his name?"
Annabelle: Garnet

(Pg 152) Violet: "What's over there?"
Annabelle: Men's quarters
Violet: "Oh. That's where the Duke sleeps?"
Annabelle nods
Annabelle: And Garnet

Violet: "He's very good-looking, isn't he?"
Annabelle blushes
Annabelle: Very
She underlines the word twice and I giggle

(Pg 203) ...Annabelle is nowhere in sight.
Mary: "Your lady-in-waiting will be back shortly...She is attending to Garnet in the library."
Violet: "Oh...Thank you."

(Pg 272)Violet: "What's going on?" I ask Annabelle.
Her face falls an her cheeks turn pink.
Violet: "What?...Annabelle, what is it?"
she shrugs
Annabelle: G is engaged
Violet: "Garnet?"
She nods
Violet: To who?"
Annabelle: House of Downs
Violet: "Oh."
Annabelle: Eng party tmrw
Violet: "How does Garnet feel about it?"
Annabelle smile wryly and raises an eyebrow.
Violet: "Yeah..."He must be hating it."

(pg 283) Garnet is standing woodenly beside a girl about my age, he looks miserable.

(Pg 312) We reached my chambers. Garnet knocks on the door and Annabelle opens it.
Garnet: "Annabelle" he cries,
wrapping an arm around her. Annabelle turns bright red. She tries to curtsy, but it's difficult with Garnet in the way.
