Hi :)

message 2: by [deleted user] (new)

So, how do you want to do characters? I don't mind being a guy or a girl - or we could do doubles and have one charrie of both genders each...

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

...Hi?

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

Um, not really, did you? I'd be happy to offer ideas and stuff, but no, I haven't really got anything in mind. I mean, I'm cool with anything.

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Argh, sorry. Had laptop issues, so wasn't on for a while. Anyway, I'd love to hear your ideas!

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah, sure, that's fine by me :) I don't really mind.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

I love them!

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Sure, that's fine by me :) And FxF is cool, too - I've never really done one before, but I'm comfortable with the idea and everything, so why not? And yeah, I don't mind not being the wolf. I mean, Stiles is awesome too, right? (<-- Teen Wolf reference, lol) So... How do you want to make characters?

Name: Alexandra Harrow
Nickname: Alex
Age: 16

Appearance:
description

Hair: Blonde (although she usually streaks it with blue or pink) and wavy
Eyes: Green
Height & Build: 5'7" and skinny
Other: She never goes anywhere without her glasses

Personality: Alex is far from your typical, apologetic nerd. She's not shy, although she keeps to herself (and her close friends), but is happy to speak up for what she believes in, and has the sharpest tongue in school. She loves to laugh, and make others laugh, and she's generally a very sweet, sensitive friend.

Sorry, I was making a few changes :) Accidentally posted it before I meant to. And yeah, sure, you start. I'm probably going to fall asleep soon; it's nearly 1 AM here. So, if I disappear, that's why :P

"Lilly!" Alex caught sight of her best friend rushing through the corridors, and plunged through the crowd to follow her. That was strange. She was sure that Lilly had seen her - their eyes had met across the hallway - and yet her friend had completely ignored her. Alex wasn't sure whether to be concerned or offended.

She decided not to decide quite yet, instead following Lilly into the bathroom.

"Lilly?" she called out as she stepped in, her blonde hair hanging loosely around her shoulders. "Lil?"

((Yeah, sure :) I'd love to hear it))

"Nuh uh." Alex folded her arms, leaning against the wall and studying her friend. "I've got A's in every class except DT, and, let's be honest, that's useless anyway. I've never gotten a detention in my life. I'm hardly going to get in trouble for being a few minutes late because I was taking care of my best friend."

Speaking of taking care of her... Alex unfolded her arms and leaned forward, reaching out the touch the soft, pale skin of Lilly's cheekbone, running her fingers tenderly along the bruise. "What happened, Lil? Is someone...bothering you? Is it..." She trailed off, not sure of how to continue.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

"See each other?" Alex's laugh was shaky. "Oh, Lil, you make this sound like a bad break up. We're best friends, Lilly. Nothing you can say will stop me from caring about you. No one can keep us apart; they've been trying since Kindergarten. Come on, Lilly. What is it? Bullies?" She was rambling now. "I'm not scared of them. I can't..." Alex didn't know why she was panicking all of a sudden. Maybe it was just the thought of losing her best - and only (proper) - friend at school. "Please, Lil."

Alex ran after her as she started to walk away, feeling betrayed and confused, tears pricking at her eyes. She shoved them away, angrily, reaching out and grabbing Lilly's arm. "Lilly, listen to me."

Alex was left standing in the hallway with nothing but her bag and a bunch of students dashing for class for company. What the hell was going on? Alex pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose, as she often did when she was agitated. Should she go to class, or head out after her friend? She decided to do both.

She was back in the same spot ten minutes later, after telling her teacher that she had a Migraine and getting permission to head for the health office. It hadn't been hard - Alex was a perfect student, and teachers trusted her.

Now, it was time to find Lilly. Alex raced out of school, shouldering her bag, heading for the woods, planning to take a shortcut back to Lilly's house.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Alex freaked as soon as she heard the growl. This was a tiny woods on the outskirts of a little town. There was no way there was anything bigger than a fox here. Still, that sounded like something huge, possibly a wolf, or even a bear, or something along those lines. In her moment of shock, she let her phone tumble out of her hands, landing in the pile of leaves at her feat.

Alex swore softly, stooping to pick it up and jamming it into the pocket of her hoodie. Then, casting a glance over her shoulder, she set of hastily through the forest, not quite running - yet. She wasn't that scared. It was just...weird.

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

((Ugh, sorry. I've been super busy with exams and stuff....))

Bang. Bang Bang Bang.

Alex knocked impatiently on Lilly's door, before deciding that courtesy was hardly necessary, given the situation, and merely stooped down to retrieve the key that she knew was hidden under the doormat.

She unlocked the door, stepping into the darkened house. There was a light on somewhere - in the kitchen, and possibly the living room - but the sun was setting and the house was darkening under the weak, setting sun.

"Hello?" She called out, softly, the silent house making her uneasy for some reason. "It's me. Alex."

She gently picked her way across the wooden floorboards, towards the light at the end of the corridor. She knew Lilly's family pretty well - hell, she spent so much time at their house that she might as well just move in. But there was something odd about the family, something she couldn't quite place, and some of her friend's relatives really freaked her out.

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

(( :D Heyy...))

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

"What's wrong?" Alex's lip trembled, although she wasn't sure if it was due to anger or relief. Either way, she felt like bursting into tears, which was incredibly unusual for her. "What's wrong? What's wrong with you, Lilly? You said that you didn't want to be my friend any more, then you ran off without any explanation, then you...act like nothing happened and ask me 'what's wrong?'" Alex was inexplicably angry - she didn't know why.

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Alex felt like she had been punched in the stomach.

"Nuh uh." She stepped forward, blocking her friend's path. "Nope. Not happening. We're not doing the whole 'I'm not safe to be around, you'd be better off without me' business. Don't mess with me, Lilly. If something's going on, tell me about it, and I'll help you. I'm not just going to stop being your friend because you think it would be 'better for me.' I don't give a damn what kind of bad influence you think you have on me. You're my friend. I'm not letting you go that easily."
