Hello everyone, I am so glad to join this group because this is such a good idea ! I already have a few ideas for my nominees and I can't wait to see the shortlist. :)

This sounds like so much fun, I'm looking forward to seeing what books come up! I find it especially difficult to get good sci-fi recommendations, so I hope to see some here! :)

I'm a book blogger, indie author, and general book lover that's super excited about these awards and even more stoked to read some of these books since a lot of them I have never even heard of. I can't wait to do the readalongs in August for The Martian which I recently picked up and hopefully Rat Queens depending on if i get it in time to keep up with the discussion. I don't get a ton of time to read and have even less of an oppurtunity to talk about books so I'm feeling like this will be a great several months of reading for me!
