Fran | 12286 comments I was there yesterday and it was a great day.

I got to meet Susan Mallery, Judy Blume, Jennifer Weiner, and a bunch of other authors I had the pleasure of learning about for the first time. There were several other authors there that I would have liked to meet, but I was with my daughter and we split our list, lol.

I went with her to the YouTuber Panel and then she got to meet Connor Franta and buy his signed book. She had a photo op with him and was in heaven.

She also wanted to go to the Jason Segal/Lev Grossman panel, which was very entertaining.

I had her come to the Jennifer Weiner/Judy Blume panel with me, and then to Judy's autograph signing. I got to buy her new Adult novel and have it signed. It's not out in the stores yet, so a treat to get it early.
Meeting Susan Mallery was also a highlight. She was very sweet and chatty.

Dreamspinner Press was giving away lots of print books for free, and I got my hands on Legally Wed, Truth & Tenderness and Salvage. So excited!

Linda | 403 comments Oh , it was great I went with my daughter Saturday, she wanted to meet Rainbow Rowell , unfortunately her special edition of fangirl was sold out by the time we got on the line at 10:15 so missed out on the meet and greet but hit her panel and then I cruised some of the booths, met the ellora caves models , also met a lovely author Regina Kyle who publishes under Harlequin, met Merideth Wild too , got an autograph copy of Hardwired( yeah) then my daughter was off to the Connor Franta panel.
I hit the dream spinner press booth also.
Anyone considering doing the RWa literacy convention on July 22 at Javits center.

Fran | 12286 comments I'm sorry you didn't get to meet Rainbow. We went to her book signing a few months ago at B&N in Tribeca I think. My daughter got a special edition E&P signed and I got Landline signed. Glad you got to her panel though!

RWa looks to be sold out. And super expensive!
