The Not a Book Club Club discussion

I am just starting chapter 33 and the last two have been great. The crew are back together again and some vey funny and very tragic parts. I am sad for Tuttuga but am glad for the building relationship between Jalan and Hennan. He is one strong and clever kid. I loved Kara's threat to Edris Dean, was awesome. We also got to see the key in action which was really interesting. Now to see if they can get out of the prison in one piece.

I think we are about in the exact same place Tammy :) The pace has really picked up and my Kindle says there is about an hour left to go. Will be interesting to see how the book leaves off...Will there be enough of a conclusion to book 2 or will it be a total cliff hanger? I assume they'll make it as far as Kalem's (?) salt mines.

Well I have finished the book and the end was interesting. I liked how Jalan followed his instincts and then down to the final minute was both heroic and a greedy bastardized all at the same time. Very well done.

It was interesting to learn more of why Garyus was so feeble and sick. I liked learning more about him and his twin sister. I guess we will now wait to see what world exists in Hel...should be an interesting final book.

I was really glad to have the group back together. I like the interaction between Jalan and Snorri.
