This book had very undeveloped characters. Characters that one did not enjoy reading about, and the plot was drawn out, and barely held my interest.
The mystery of the nunnery moved at such a slow pace, and repeated the same idea over and over again, it made me think that this would have been better suited as a short story. Or, since there are two books that follow this, part of one of those.
I do not intend to read the rest of the trilogy, even though there was a nice cliff hanger at the end. I just do not wish to waste my time. Which is a shame. I was so hoping to have better from this author.
