Anyone else reading this series? I just started book one. I want to read the book before I watch the movie. Thoughts on the first book?

This book is insane! The first two chapters I read, I wasn't sure I was going to like the style that the author chose. I was worried about it being in the guys perspective. I knew from seeing the movie previews that it was about a girl, so I was curious how this would work and I wasn't sure I'd like it. Now that I'm 200 pages in or so, I can't put the damn thing down! I love it!

I'm picking up a copy on Friday at work. After seeing the movie trailer and your comments I can't not check it out. ^_^

It took a bit for me to be sucked in. A few chapters of very slow build up. But when it picked up pace I raced through it! I will be starting book 2 soon I'm sure LOL

Seeing a lot of hype about this series, have added to my list of 'to-read'. I'm liking what I have heard so far :)

I loved it. I found it really slow to start though. My sister read it too and she hated the beginning. So you definitely have to be a patient reader with this one. It gets amazing after a few chapters.

I just finished book one, I really enjoyed it but it was so long I felt like the build up was a little too slow and parts could have been taken out, either way I will be reading the next one soon :)
