Can some of the cats have crushes in other clans and it somehow work out? What's it called when cats have the same parents but are not from the same litter?

Having mates/crushes in different Clans would be one of those "dramatic events" that is talked about in the rules. So yes, but you must speak to a moderator about it first, with exactly what you want or think will happen. I'd rather not have any kits with parents from different Clans already made, unless someone gives me a good reason or good idea for it, but I'm open to having them born during the roleplay.

I'm not totally sure of a technical term for it, but I would just call them siblings. Littermates are kittens born in the same litter, but if the parents have more than one litter, which many queens do, I'd just call them older brothers and sisters. I'm sure this is something you can look up though.

I don't think it really matters. I'm pretty sure it's not capitalized when cats say it in the books, but I personally will likely capitalize it when I write posts. It's up to you.

I noticed you put the gathering dates in real time (during half-moon and full-moon). Does this mean the game is in real time? Newborn kits would have to wait 6 months before becoming apprentices, but it would make the rp more realistic.

Probably not. I mean, the gathering stuff is just more convenient. It would be difficult to make people wait that long in the roleplay. It'll probably be more like a week equals a month, or the leader/mods of the group will just decide when kits are ready.

Ok and seasons are the same right?

I'm not actually sure that they are anyone in particular, but if I had to pick based on what they look like....Hmm I'm not actually sure. I'd say the tawny one could possibly be Tawnypelt? The orange one likely Firestar or Lionblaze...the brown tabby Brambleclaw--he doesn't look evil enough to be Tigerstar ^~^ And the silver ones....Graystripe and Millie maybe?
But I don't think they're any cats in particular.

It would be preferable, but not required. Medicine cats tend to have specific reasons in their history that made their decision to be a medicine cat. If you don't fill out a full history, at least have that part.

I'm working on Rowanheart, and he's based off the Throne of Glass character Rowan. In the book he's immortal, so he's like 400 something years old. I want to make him old on here, but not so old as to make him an elder. About how old should I make him do you think?

Can somebody read Rowanheart's personality and tell me if makes sense? I mean, it makes sense to me, but I want to know if it makes sense to people who haven't read Throne of Glass book 3, Heir of Fire.

What are all the different patrols called and what time of day are they? I can never remember and I need it for part of Rowanheart's bio.

Well, the day always starts out with the dawn patrol, which leaves just as the sun is coming up. The next patrol would likely be the sun-high patrol, which takes place at noon, followed later by the dusk patrol, leaving camp just as the sun sets. If patrols are "stepped up" by order of the deputy, there would be three more patrols added in right away, one between dawn and sun-high and another between sun-high and dusk. The third would be at moon-high, in the middle of the night. As to where the patrols go would be up to the deputy or whoever is leading the patrol. There are also hunting patrols, but those do not have a regularity.

You don't really join one clan. You pick which clan you want your cats to be a part of.

So cats have attraction to the same gender?

Well...In my opinion, it would be strange, as there isn't really a way for them to have kits unless they find an abandoned one or something. I have nothing against homosexuality, for cats or people. Plus, if these cats are as intelligent and evolved to have societies like these Clans, it's likely that some are attracted to the same gender. So yes, it's possible but unlikely.

Ren you sound pansexual, which is an awesome perspective. I agree with the stance completely - but I don't like giving any characters of mine a sexuality. They're free to love who they love so I just want to mainly see where the chemistry goes!
