Rookie's parents had a board meeting that day, so she decided to take Nero down to the beach.

Callie wandered down to the beach holding her surfboard and a towel. She dropped her stuff underneath a palm tree before running across the hot sand and wading into the water, her fiery red hair blowing behind her. She sat on her board with her hands making small motions in the water as she waited for a good wave to catch.

Rookie sat on the sand, and watched Nero bounce around in the water. A surfer had just gone out into the waves. Rookie pushed her aviators up onto her hair so that she could watch.

Callie pulled her hair back out of her face and squinted as a wave started to form. She felt it in her bones that this was the right one. She bent down onto her surfboard and started to paddle out farther and farther into the ocean as the wave built bigger and bigger. It was almost to her, and then she was one it, so she stood.

Rookie watched in awe as the girl kept her balance on that board. That was a huge wave! That took some serious talent. She didn't want Nero to get in the girl's way, so she whistled.
"Here boy! Come here Nero!" She called.

Callie crouched down and leaned backwards until she slowed herself down enough to shoot the tube. Once she was inside, she held out her arm and dragged her hand through the wall of water as mist cascaded down onto her, she closed her eyes and just relaxed, enjoying the moment and never wanting it to end. This is the best feeling in the world. Everyone should get to experience this at least once before they die, she thought to herself, smiling.

Wow this girl was gooood! Rookie ruffled Nero's hair as she watched the girl come out of the tube

As the wave started to get smaller and smaller, Callie dove off the board and into the water so it would crash on her head. When she resurfaced, her hair was plastered to her face. She pushed it out and spit out the seawater before paddling about 20 yards away to retrieve her board. Once she had it, she paddled back to shore and got out of the water.

"You were awesome out there!" Rookie called to the girl.

Callie looked up. "Hey, thanks!" she called back and set the surfboard down on the sand.

"I'm Rookie by the way, and this is Nero." Rookie pointed to her golden retriever, who was now digging his way to China in the sand, "I think he wants egg rolls..."

"Egg rolls? In the sand?" Callie asked. Then she shook her head like okay then. "I'm Callie. Cool dog," she said, looking at the dog. "I have one myself. Siberian husky."

((Gtg sleep.))

((Nighty night!))

"Aw, cute." Rookie said, "What's your dog's name?"

"Azulia. But we just call her Azul," Callie said, leaning on her surfboard.

"Oh cool, Spanish name!" Rookie said

Callie nodded. "Yep. Odd since I take French......." she trailed off and ran a hand through her hair. "I have come to a conclusion. My family is insane," she said rather matter-of-factly.

"Excellent! Insane people are soo much more interesting!" Rookie said, "I wish my family were insane. They're so much more... hoity-toity."

"Yep. Anyways, I have to go camping, maybe I'll see you around?" Callie said.

"Hopefully, see you around Callie!"

"Bye," she said and waved before picking up her stuff and heading back to her car.

Dan walked down to the beach and pulled off his shirt before wading into the water.

Addyson slowly trudged through the thick sand down to the water's near-edge. She set down her beach bag and removed her Gucci sunglasses, her conversation with Garrett still fresh in her mind. She laid down a towel and pulled her cover-up over her head, quickly sitting down on top of her towel to survey the semi-crowded beach.

Dan went under the water and held his breath for as long as he could.

Addy slathered a few squeezes of sun tan lotion on her arms and rubbed in the 50 SPF. With a curt yawn, she took a few tentative steps towards the water, hoping it wouldn't be freezing.

Dan popped back up, soaking everyone within 10 feet.

Addy squealed as several droplets of water splashed against her sun-kissed skin. "Hey!" She called out to the unknown splasher. Her reddish hair blew over her, making it impossible to see the culprit.

((IKR!?! Shouldn't they listen to us??))

"Whoops sorry!" Dan yelled.

((RIGHT. I'm so frustrated and I'm pretty sure you saw that. xD))

Addy grumbled a few curse words but stopped when she recognized the voice. Her brother's best friend just splashed with, might I add, freezing water. "Dan!" She called out in a whine.

"Oh hi Addy," he moaned without even turning to look. He recognized her whine.

Addy hastily looked down at her small waist and muscular legs. taking in the sight of her soaked skin. "Was that necessary?" She asked aloud with a roll of her eyes.

"Probably not," Dan said with a shrug.

Addyson pffted and pulled her sunglasses over her eyes again. She would sun tan for a while, or so she hoped.

Dan smirked and went back under the water.

Addyson sighed and hummed to herself while she was splayed over her towel.

Holly walked down to the beach holding her new surfboard and wearing a bikini. She had her golden curls tied back and was waiting to meet someone. She sat on the sand, picking it up and watching it slip back through her fingers.

Harry got to the beach not long after Holly. He was wearing an Ambercrombe t shirt and Abercrombie swim trunks. He looked around a bit, before he saw Holly. "Hey, stranger," he greeted.

Holly craned her head backwards. "Hey other stranger," she said quietly before standing up and leaning on her surfboard.

"Ready to get in?" he asked, looking down at her.

Holly nodded. "Last one to the water.....I'll think of the rest later!" she said and ran down towards the water's edge.

Harry laughed, quickly throwing his shirt off, and chasing after her, taking his surfboard with him.

Holly reached the water right after him. "Dang it," she said and went in deep enough to sit on her board.

Harry followed her out onto the water, with a triumphent smirk on his face. He sat up on his board.

She shyly looked up at him, her fingers in the water waiting for a wave.

((Gtg shower again. I'll brb.))

Harry smiled at her when she looked at him, before looking out at the open water.

Holly turned towards the horizon as well to watch for waves.

Quincy ventured out onto the beach, looking around in awe at the beauty of the place. She had on a pretty pink bikini. I love summer. She looked out towards the ocean and smiled, running over to one of the boulders that stood higher over the water. Once she reached the top, she cried out a, "Canon-ball!" before splashing into the water.

Skylar walked through the beach, wearing a bikini top and bottom. She loved the feeling of sand beneath her feet. She absolutely loved summer, with the bright sun, and the ocean's wave only feet away. And, she could be alone, usually.

Drake was walking on the beach in a black shirt and a blue swimsuit. He was looking out at the ocean thinking when he noticed Sklar. He waved and said "Hey Sklar." he smiled at her

Skylar looked up at Drake. "Oh, um hi..." she said. She stopped walking, and shifted her weight.
