Kamille was leaning against the fence that seperated the beach from the boardwalk, she had been walking around for about 2 hours now hoping she would spot at least one of her friends or a cute guy along the way but no such luck.
Aria walked in the opposite direction, back towards her house. She had her arms folded in front of her and her head mostly down, not wanting to get noticed like she usually did with her bright red-pink hair.
Garrett strode down the boardwalk with obvious swagger. His chocolate locks hung droopily in his eyes, shading the emerald gems from the sunlight. His blue and white polo clung to his toned chest and his jeans absolutely did not hang low from his waist. He shoved his hands in his pockets, his fingers grazing his phone and his keys for a brief moment.
Swift nimble fingers danced along strings, plunking and sliding sending a flowing river of music out into the busy Boardwalk. Most paid the dark hair teenage no mind as they rushed by, hoping to escape the growing heat of summer. Stone Vincent SinClair sat perched on a fence post, a guitar hugged to his chest, his dark storm coloured eyes -hidden by sunglasses- sweeping over the crowd ever so often. A darkly pelted dog sat at the teen's feet, resting lightly in the comfort of Stone's shadow.
Kam heard music playing distantly she had nothing better to do so why not go check it out. She thought to herself. She pushed herself off the fence and started towards the music, her skirt flowing softly with the breeze.
Ashley jogged along the dock, her headphones plugged in as she listened to her iPhone while going for her annual morning run. Her ponytail swayed behind her as she pumped her arms for momentum. A small sweat started, but she didn't mind, she loved exercise!
Kam stpped infront of the guitar player, she squinted at him and smiled "You know you can be distracting to some of the shoppers." she said hoping she came off as sorta cute with her comments.
Garrett tugged on the frayed orange dog leash in his left hand, trying to restrain Elmo from running off and raping some poor person's leg. He lifted his sunglasses from his eyes so he could keep an eye on his pup.
Ashley jumped to the side to avoid having her leg destroyed by some dog on an orange leash. She followed the leash up and saw and boy on the end.
((I gtg shower don't get too far! I'll be back in 10-15 minutes!))

Lazily, the dog at Stone's feet blinked open bright eyes closely related to Stone's own and stretched out long, powerful legs, largely hinting at his wolf ancestry. Casually Stone glanced down at the dog and grinned, "Am I boring you?" he asked, not caring if he looked weird for talking to a dog, voice lightly laced with a European accent. Suddenly a shadow was thrown across his face as a girl near his age stepped in front of him and spoke, A mere shrug was his response "Distracting?... People now a days are too wrapped up in their own little world to notice"
She considered that for a few seconds "I guess your right, but if it helps when i popped my head out of my own little world your music was soothing. Your really good actually."
Garrett grunted a little bit as he bent over to pick Elmo up. "Sorry. Did he scare you?" He asked, glancing up to watch the girl with semi-concerned eyes. He had a kind smile on his face as he brought the dog to his chest.
That earned another small shrug as Stone brushed off the complement with a softly muttered 'Thanks' as he stilled his fingers, stopping stream of music "You'd be surprised of what people miss by not slowing down" he spoke after a brief pause.
She couldnt catch a smile outta him could she, compliments didn't work. Obviously. "Stroking the strings slowly or walking to fast and they should slow down?" maybe the im clueless girl would work.
Garrett raised an eyebrow and glanced at his little French Bulldog. "Once again, sorry about that. I'll see you around I guess," He flashed the girl a smile and set his dog back down again and letting himself be pulling by the canine.
"See ya around," Ashley said before jogging off.
"Garrett! Wait up a sec!" Dan called as he ran after his best friend.

Stone glanced up at her, his eyebrows raising under his sunglasses, fingers lightly drumming over the base of the guitar "Slowing down in life, not rushing to grow up, savoring the good and learning from the bad"
She got a head movement this is good! she said freaking out on the inside. She was horrible at making friends. "Oh okay ya i see what your saying, and your right everyone just wants to grow up and get on with it but then thet realize it's not what they wanted at all."
Stone jumped off the fence post, sliding the guitar over one shoulder so that it hung at his back, nodding in agreement. "Well, I'm Stone, Stone SinClair" he spoke, holding out a hand to the girl.
Stone gently shook her hand before moving his sunglasses to the top of his head, allowing a small smile to grace his lips "It's very nice to meet you" he spoke as the large dog pushed himself to his feet, not wanting to be left out in the greetings, a wet tongue lolling out of his mouth "And this here is Kodak".
((Sorry, I just finished my homework >.<))
Garrett pricked his ears and turned around the familiar voice of his best friend. "Dan?" He called out, raising his sunglasses and yanking gently on Elmo's leash.

Garrett did the little head nod thing and fell in step with Dan. "Seen any hot chicks this summer?" He raised his eyebrow and cast a questioning glance Dan's way.
((That's what guys do right? xD))

((Pretty much.))
Dan shrugged. "A few, but I didn't, like, talk to any of them or anything. But I did see your dog try to maul that girl's leg!" Dan said, snickering behind his hand.

Garrett snorted. "Elmo wouldn't hurt a fly. Rape on the other hand, is a different story." He chuckled, walking down the boardwalk with the little devil himself.
Dan elbowed his friend in the ribs. "Wait, you were going to? Or your dog was?" he asked, giving a lopsided, cocky smile.
Garrett slapped Dan's shoulder, a second of mock anger passing through his features. "The dog, stupid!"
Dan giggled stupidly. "I don't think that would work too well.......but you never can be sure with you," Dan teased.
((Might disappear.))
((Might disappear.))
((Aw k...))
Garrett snorted. "What's that supposed to mean?" Yes, he was a guy, but he had kept the longest relationship his high school had ever seen. Man whore? I think not.

"Dude I'm just kidding. Lighten up," he said, nudging his friend gently. Dan, on the other hand had never had a girlfriend and didn't know what it was like.
Quincy sighed as she sat down on the boardwalk seat, watching her surroundings as she did so. Her shiba inu, Michi was nestled around her feet, pawing at her pedicured toes. She giggled and reached down, giving Michi a good pet on the head. It was already a week into the summer vacation, and she has a plan to hook before the end of this month. However, she won't go looking like a hungry chick.
Garrett rolled his eyes. "Sorry. So what's going on with your life right now?" He asked as they passed several shops, one selling surfboards and the next selling bathing suits. Elmo weaved around the legs of people with a certain eagerness, trying to leave the crowds as fast as possible.
Quincy was starting to get bored, so she began to scan the crowd before her. She saw two boys in particular, one walking a french bull dog. She smiled brightly. Oooh, a friend for Michi! She got up and made her way towards them, a goal set on getting to know them forming in her mind. Michi followed after her happily.
"You sure?" Dan asked, running a hand through his long blond hair.
Ashley came running back the other way and looked over her shoulder to see if that person who had just chased after her was still there. Then she crashed into the two boys.

"Yeah-" Garrett began, but was cut off as the girl from earlier crashed into him and Dan. "Woah there!" He said on impulse, his eyes grazing over the girl's face before turning to another girl who seemed to be walking their way. Elmo was going crazy, barking and ready to jump and leg that passed.
"Sh*t!" Ashley cursed as she stumbled backwards.
"Whoa, potty mouth!" Dan said, pretending to act like she was total bad*ss.
"Shut up, Dan."

"Shut up, Dan."
Garrett raised an eyebrow and stared back and forth between the two. "You two know each other?" He asked.
"Unfortunately," Dan snorted.
"I said shut up," Ashley said, elbowing him in the ribs. Dan glared back at her.
"Yeah. We dated for like 2 weeks back in the 8th grade. It was great at first, but then things fell apart way too quickly," Dan muttered.
"Yeah, cuz this idiot had baseball, practice like ever day and no time for me!" Ash snapped. The two of them kept bickering back and forth like an old married couple.
