Addyson Lankes was sitting boredly at a table in the very back of the cafe. Her hand rested on her fist as though she was in the middle of Civics class and was about to fall asleep. Her sparkly IPhone sat to the right of her elbow, buzzing every few seconds; An indication that she was in fact Ms. Popular.
After Garrett and Addyson had their little talk, Addy decided she would go down to beach and swim for awhile.
Noah sat content at his table, staring at his coffee intensely as he just sat there with a blank expression on his profile. He restlessly twirled his napkin every few seconds, waiting for someone to bring him his scone or whatever it was he told that waitress he wanted. He sighed, his eyes starting to drift toward the window and he started to stare through the glass aimlessly, never really focusing on anything.
Indie strolled into the cafe with her hipster tote and what would be considered 'nerd' glasses. Her trendy fashion sense totally out-shined everyone else's in the cafe, though she didn't notice much because she was too busy squinting at the coffee selections. Her blue and violet hair fell in waves down her back, tusseled and not-done.
Ashley walked into the cafe after her morning annual run and got a water, quickly downing it before sitting.
After digging in his pocket for his iPod for a moment, Noah stuck the earbuds in his ears and sat back, sipping on the piping hot coffee but not really caring; it was better than it being dumped on his head. Ah, nineth grade and his pathetic attempt at a pick up line. Good times, good times. He grinned slightly as he took a sip, the sound of the White Stripes filling his ears and coffee filling his mouth.
Indigo twirled a piece of her hair as she asked simply for a hot chocolate. Within moments, her name was called and her drink was served. She took a quick sip, then flinched as the scorching liquid burnt her sensitive tongue. Her face scrunched up as she swiveled to look for a table, but found none available.
Noah, unfortunately, had taken a seat in the very back, where he was unable to hear his name being called out for that scone he ordered. Oh well; it's not like her really wanted it anyway. He was just here to pass time; besides, he didn't like scones. So he sat there, ran a hand through his auburnish hair, and took another sip of his coffee, his lips moving to mouth the words of the song.
((This is awkward xD))
Indie stuck her hand into her tote, pulling out a was of tangled headphones. She mumbled a few in audible words before plugging them in her ears, too lazy to untangle them. Before she hit play, she weaves to the back of the cafe, hoping for an available seat. Disappointment aligned itself with her features as she realized there wasn't one.

((You're tellin' me! :3))
In his hunger, Noah stood up to actually get something to eat rather than starve to death in a dark corner. It would be very unfortunate for everyone there. So he went up to the counter and ordered a bagel, which had the word 'French' in front of it so it had to be good, right? So he sat there for a moment, others surrounding him so he couldn't be seen.
((>.< We need to plan something here.))
Indie sighed and turned on her heel, the cafe more crowded than it was a few minutes ago. "Why is this place always so crowded?" She muttered. She had never really been one for crowds, and now was no exception, though there was a cute boy a few feet away from her.

((*Nods* Very much so. -_-'... Maybe he leaves for like two seconds and then she takes his seat? Then Bam! conversation. Unless you have an idea. . . o.O))
((. . . Me either. :| But I should probably post mine. . . .*le sigh*))Noah sighed as he took a drink from his cup of coffee, then remembered something very unfortunate for his seat. Quickly, he told the lady at the counter that he had to leave for a moment and he went to his table to grab his math book; he'd promised his mother to do a little more studying than he had been. It was the first time he'd seen her in months.
So after picking up his stuff, Noah hurried out the door to where he had left his phone. His phone, which he'd had for almost two weeks. And, of course, he'd dropped it somewhere on the sidewalk and it had just occured ot him. So he went off to look for it.
(Haha...xD))
Indigo's face brightened up as she spotted one available seat open in the area she had just been in. She squeezed past impatient people waiting for their coffees and scones and took an exhausted sigh once she sat down. Finally, she could sit down after walking all morning. You see, her roommate told her she needed to get outside, and breathe a little fresh air instead of lounging in her room with the door locked listening to The Beatles.

((Yup. I'm a crack-up! :3))
After searching for his phone for a few minutes -- the most agonizing three minutes of his life -- Noah then made his way back to the café with the intent of going back to his table. Unfortunately, his seat was taken by a girl with violet and blue hair. He raised his eyebrows as he walked over, looking at the girl curiously. It wasn't like he cared (she was fairly pretty) but still. He was a bit annoyed. It was just how Noah was.
Kam walked into the cafe and looked around she'd never been inside the cafe only sent her mom or friends to get it for her. She went to the counter where you order and looked at the menu.
"Water at a cafe? Your not going to tickle your taste buds with something exotic?" she asked playfully pointing at the exotic drink menu
A dark haired teen walked into the cafe trailed by a large husky, a small bell above the door ringing out their arrival. "Go lay down Kod" Stone spoke to the dog as he went around the corner, tossing sunglasses on the back counter, relieving the Batista on shift. After getting yelled at by his boss for being late, Stone placed a green ball cap on his head and tied a matching apron around his waist, both bearing the Cafe's logo. Kodak, the large dog trotted his way over to a dog bed near the counter, circling around it before flopping down, sharp blue eyes watching over the cafe as well as Stone.
Kam smiled when she was Stone but didn't give away that she was here to see him and only him. She looked at Kelsi instead waiting for her to answer.
Indie took a selfie right there in the coffee shop and Instagrammed it immediately. Trying to decide which filter to use, everything else became irrelevent. There were people conversing all around the cafe, though she didn't notice because she was too busy deciding between Amaro and Hudson.
Reese and Azure walk into the cafè. The small bell chimes and they head towards the counter. Stay back slightly, Azure starts flicking her gaze over the menu before poking Reese in the side. Reese looks back at her from scanning the cafes' crowd before shrugging. He smirks slightly and slides his hands into his pockets turning his attention back to the menu.
Schuyler walked into the café, followed soon after by Daniel. Schuyler strode up to the line, standing behind another boy and a girl. Dan covered her eyes with his hands, and Sky jumped. "Guess who," he whispered. "Dan, I don't have time for this," she said and shoved his hands away before gazing back at the menu. Dan smirked and crossed his arms over his chest.
Azure flicks her blue gaze behind her before rolling her eyes and moving up in line. Reese follows to busy deciding what to get to notice the people behind him. Azure smirks slightly at his concentration before turning back to the menu as well.
Sky noticed Azure's eye roll and made a mocking face when she was sure both their backs were turned. Dan snickered behind his hand, and Sky folded her arms over her chest smirking as well. "Move along, kiddies. We don't have all day, ya know," Sky said.
((I don't hate your characters Sky is just sassy.))
((I don't hate your characters Sky is just sassy.))
((Lol I don't think that, especially since they just met.))
Azure keeps her back to the girl ignoring her comment and moves up in line as the girl before her left after paying. Azure orders and Reese does the same before turning around and raising an eyebrow at Sky. He shakes his head in an almost sad way for he couldn't believe she had just said that. Azure pulls him towards a table, one of the last in the small but comfortable space and they slide in to wait for their drinks.

((Haha okay.))
Sky stuck her tongue out at him before ordering as Dan did the same. They paid the cashier before searching for a table. They found one in the back and sat down, Sky watching the girl and the boy from the line, whilst Dan just stared out the window.

The dark haired teen leaned uncomfortably against the counter, his eyes were glued the clock that hung to his right, watching the minutes tick by. It had been a busy day at the cafe and Stone was anxious to get out an enjoy what was left of it. Pulling the green hat that bore the cafe's logo from his head, he replaced it with his fingers running them though tangled strands. A quick glace around the small homely cafe revealed that many people remained, almost every seat was taken, most talking on cell phone or typing away on laptops. Replacing his hat to it's place upon his head, he set to work emptying the coffee pots and cleaning them, a soft sigh deflating his chest. The large Husky sat on his dog bed near the front of the counter, watching as four new people came in, his head tilling to one side and a tongue lolling out of his mouth, hoping at lease one of them would pet him.
Schuyler looked away from the people and saw a large husky dog. She jumped up from her seat and walked over to it, bending down and holding out her hand for it to sniff.
Jaidyn wrote: "Indie took a selfie right there in the coffee shop and Instagrammed it immediately. Trying to decide which filter to use, everything else became irrelevent. There were people conversing all around ..."Noah, always blunt and to the point, had to just come out and ask her.
"What are you doing in my seat?" he asked the blue and purple haired girl. It wasn't a big deal but in his mind it was. It just always was. He crossed his arms as he studied her, his eyebrows still raised, and swished the coffee around in his hand.
Indigo raised an eyebrow, but didn't dare look up from her screen-protected IPhone. "What are you talking about?" She asked in a whispery, aloof voice, her head rocking back and forth again to The Beatles.
"Hm. Well, I was sitting here so therefore it is my seat," Noah explained to her, speaking slowly, as if mocking her seemingly non-exsistant ignorance.((Ugh, that was terrible! -_-))
((What was?))
Indie let herself glance upward to give the guy an I-Really-DONT-Care glower. "Obviously, you weren't here. If you were, then I would be sitting on your lap right now rather than a chair." She pointed out. Oh please? Did this guy really think she was going to move?

((My post.))Noah raised an eyebrow higher at her and smirked against his will; that was actually kind of funny. But now wasn't the time to laugh about it; now was the time for her to move so he can continue his stare out the window. "No you wouldn't. Because there is more than one seat here and that-" he pointed to her chair - "is mine."
Indie let out a breathy laugh. "If there's more than one seat then why don't you sit there?" She asked slightly snootily.
"Why do you care so much about moving out of that seat?" Noah retorted, equally snooty sounding with that smirk still in his voice.
Indie shrugged, not really knowing but coming up with an excuse anyway. "I'm rather comfortable here. Why do you care so much about a seat? It's not like this one is the only one in the room." She said.
"Same with you. Why do you care so much about moving, even if it is comfortable?" Noah asked her, then figured this was going to go on forever so he started to speak before she answered. "Actually, I'll just sit down. I have a feeling this is going to go on for a while."
"There! You have a seat, problem solved." Indie said triumphantly. She really wasn't the type to argue, by if you started it then she would definitely not move. She went back to scrolling Instagram and taking small sips of her hot chocolate.
"This is all your fault, you know," Noah said matter-of-factly. He took a sip of his coffee and pulled his iPod from his pocket and started to toy with his playlists. "You didn't have to be so stubborn."
Reese rolls his eyes before looking up as the waitress comes with their stuff. He thanks her and she nods blushing slightly before handing Azure her drink. Azure nods a thanks before the waitress smiles shyly at Reese and then leaves. Azure smirks slightly at her brother, while he may have good looks she knows he never really has had a serious girlfriend. Mostly because they move around a lot and also because he's always so busy. Reese never really had time for a girlfriend, not that it seemed he minded. Azure shrugs slightly feeling the girls eyes on them before she shrugs again and goes back to drinking her tea.
Indie snorted. "You didn't have to be so persistent," She shot back. Her fingers wound their way through the violet strands of her hair, twirling them into purple twizzlers and releasing them the instant of.
"You didn't have to be so defiant," Noah retorted, perfectly mellow sounding as he leaned back into his chair and sipped his coffee, still toying with the songs. He set down the drink and tapped his fingers on the table, then looked at her questioningly.
Indie snorted again, this time more emphatic. "Yes, I think I did. Otherwise you would have thought I'd actually move," She snapped, still scrolling and liking black and white photos of benches and flowers. She rifled through her hipster tote when she was done, looking for her Baby Lips Chapstick.
Noah was quiet for a moment as he studied her. "What's your name?" he asked her curiously, his mood shifting from annoyed to interest. He tilted his head, a force of habit for when he was asking possibly pointless questions. And he did it often, so that must mean he asked pointless questions a lot.
Indie gave Noah a semi-responsive note, releasing her tote and forgetting about the Chapstick. "Indigo. But you can call me Indie. And you?" She asked, more as a formality than as an actual curiosity. She figured her nickname fit her quite well. Her hipster lifestyle was enough proof to ensure she was correct.
"Well, that's ironic," Noah said, grinning a little then he frowned slightly. That was probably the point of dying her hair. Stupid. "I'm Noah . . . with no other name than that, sadly." He hated his name, absolutely hated it; it was so bland and old. Almost everyone that he met -- or, every jerk he met -- always asked him where the ark was.
((OMG he's going to hate her for this then.))
"So then Noah," Indigo began, a smile dancing over her perfectly pink lips. "Where's the ark?" She asked, her smile now turning in a full grin, her posture now bent from leaning forward.
