Most of the following come from research into the New Forest (where the Forest Territories are set) and the Lake District (contains all but the mountainous habitat of the Lake Territories). I will also be adding more as I go along.

Prefixes--

Bat - they would come in contact with bats at night, and would likely be an omen in dreams. Best for black/brown kits.
Bog - for brown cats, or RiverClan cats.
Char - genus of fish. There are 14 subspecies of Char in England. Perfect for RiverClan as they would catch char fish. Same as calling a kit Minnow or Trout.
Cow - in the Forest Territories they would have seen them, and farms on the journey would have had cows. Best for calico/tortoiseshell kits. Rare name if approved.
Crag - likely would have originated from the Tribes, best for grey/silver kits.
Crest - best for tabby cats with 'crests' over their eyes.
Deer - deer might at times pass through Thunder/ShadowClan territory. Best for brown or red cats.
Gill - the cars would have a semi-decent knowledge of fish anatomy. At some point RiverClan would have worked out the usage of gills. Perfect for RiverClan cats.
Harrier - bird of prey. Seen more in WindClan territory. For grey/brown/tabby kits
Hoof(ed) - links to the horse. Hoof could be for big-pawed or broken-pawed cats.
Horse - the forest territories knew about horses, and it can have been passed down for fast kits. Good for black/brown/white/grey kits. They would still see the rare horse in Lake Territories, with Twolegs on their backs.
Juniper - Juniper berries. Better suited to a medicine cat, but is the same as calling a kit a flower or berry name.
Kite - a bird of prey, usually seen as the Red Kite variety. Good for kits with red/brown/mottled fur, or tortoiseshells.
Ledge - think of stone ledges.. Best for grey/silver or brown kits.
Lynx - another legend from old times. Good for strong kits with spotted or tabby pelts.
Merlin - smallest UK bird of prey. Would likely be common around WindClan/RiverClan territories. Eats smaller birds, so hard to catch. Good name for a strong kit. Same as calling a kit Falcon or Eagle.
Osprey - common around Lake Territories-like habitats. Same as calling a cat Falcon or Eagle.
Pip - would have originated from fruit they found opened up. Good for brown/black kits. Could be used for smaller kits, as it sounds 'cute'.
Ringed - for tabby or spotted cats with rings around their tails or legs.
Root - for brown cats.
Shrike - bird of prey. Good for kits with grey fur and darker patterns. More common in WindClan naming ceremonies.
Swan - less commonly seen, could be a bit of a legend passed down. Perfect for white kits. Same as calling a kit Duck or Dove.
Violet - not as in the colour, but the flower. The same as calling a kit another flower name.
Yew - common type of tree in Thunder/ShadowClan territories. Same as calling a kit Oak or Pine.

Suffixes--

Burn - for those with a heart filled with burning fire - passion or hatred.
Chaser - for fast cats, or those who never give up.
Crest - for cats with patterns over their eyes.
Deer - for gentle-hearted cats.
Dew - for friendly or soft cats, or medicine cats.
Dune - sand dunes - rare but could be from the journey or the upper moorlands. Good for sandy cats or smooth-pelts.
Heath - for calico/tortoiseshell cats or WindClan cats who run fast through the heathland.
Hoof - for fast or large cats, who are 'like a horse in speed'.
Hop - similar usage to -leap. Not to be used with Rabbit/Hare.
Lizard - same as -snake.
Marsh - for tortoiseshell cats or RiverClan cats who are used to the marshes.
Mint - for sweet and friendly cats, or medicine cats.
Moss - for gentle cats, or medicine cats.
Pip - for small cats or medicine cats.
Ring - for tabby cats with rings around their tails/legs. Best with colours.
Root - for brown cats or medicine cats.
Rose - for passionate, nice, friendly or gentle cats. Not to be used with colours.
Shoot - for cats that have exceeded expectations, or battled their disabilities or downfalls, or medicine cats.
Shrew - for gentle or small cats.
Snake - for cunning cats or swift-swimming or stealthy cats.
Sorrow - for sad or serious cats, or those who have survived through great loss.

I would say not, because the Clans wouldn't come across an animal with tusks (ie. ivory). We can see what Ari thinks of it though.
