"I am soo bored there is NOTHING to do!!!" Lightningkit complained "I want someone to play with!!!" She whined then plopped down in herr nest with an iterated sigh.
Softkit sighed at Frozenkit, then turned to her brother. "It's okay," she said, "but I think I'm just going to sleep." She closed her eyes, then opened one again. "And don't jump on me!" She closed it again and let all the thoughts rush into her mind. This was how she worked. Throughout the day she would block out all the thoughts that weren't useful or important, then when she went to sleep, she'd let them rush in, processing them one at a time.
Ashkit smiled, curling tighter around Softkit to keep her warm, though it wasn't totally necessary. His head stayed up, however, and he peered through the nursery entrance, past Frozenkit, to see what was going on.
Woke up and turned her head as Ashkit was leaving the nursery and said to Softkit "Watch thiit will be EPIC!" As soon as Ashkit's back was turned, she pounced on him roled over and pined him down "Got ya!" She said then got off him. (He is a boy, right?)
((Yes, but please don't start off your posts with "woke up". It should say "Lightningkit woke up" or something similar.))
Ashkit rolled, pushing the kit off easily. "You do now?" he laughed. He helped LIghtningkit to her paws and turned to lick Softkit between the ears.

Softkit shook her head, pushing Ashkit off. "G'off!" she growled playfully. "You're acting like our mother!" She waggled her rump and leapt at him, her soft kit fur warm and soft. "Now who's the big, strong kit?" Though they both knew Ashkit was stronger, she hoped Ashkit would play along.
"Gahhh!" Ashkit mewled playfully, letting Softkit hold him down. "That's you, Softkit! It's always been you!" he chirped, grinning.
"Yeah I'm so scared." Stormpaw said. "Watch me hunt!" Then she dashed out of the nursery and pounced on the nearest cat then returned momentarily. "I caught a big, fat, vole!" She said proudly. "Do you guys want to go see if the elders will tell us a story??! Please!?" She asked.
"Sure!" mewed Softkit. As long as she didn't have to do the talking, Softkit loved to listen to Clan lore. "If Ashkit wants to, of course." She stood back and let her brother take center stage. They had a sort of rhythm: Softkit talks, then stands back to let Ashkit talk. If anyone bullies Softkit, Ashkit talks to them and Softkit stays back.
"Ok!" Replies Lightningkit "lets go!" She bounds to the elders den.
Ashkit purred. "Of course I want to!" he chirped, pushing Softkit ahead of him and skittering excitedly from the den.
Silverdawn stretched. It was still early in the morning, and her kits hadn't woken up yet. They should soon though. She gently nosed the kits together, watching the four soft bundles as they slept. They were so young... It was her first litter. Silverdawn stood up, stretching some more and sitting down to wash herself. As she rubbed a paw over her face, she noticed the kits beginning to wake up. Sunkit blinked, the world silent around him. He looked to see his mother taking a bath, and his three siblings still asleep. He sat up, twitching his ears and flipping his fluffy golden tail.
Feeling her brother move beside her, Cloudkit let out a pitiful whine of annoyance that he had woken her, and gently kicked out at him, even half-awake taking note of his lack of hearing. "Sleep," she mumbled, curling her tail around them both.
Sunkit looked down as he felt a foot jab him. He saw his sister, Cloudkit, curling back up to sleep as she wrapped her tail around them both. He laid back down, resting his head on her and letting out a sigh. He didn't feel like sleeping anymore... He was too wide awake. Silverdawn looked over, purring as she saw Sunkit rising. She walked over, touching his shoulder with her tail. She watched Cloudkit as she wrapped her tail around both her and Sunkit, and Silverdawn nudged her daughter with her nose. "Morning, Cloudkit... You don't feel like exploring this morning?" Silverdawn let out a quiet mrow of amusement.
Featherkit and Leafkit began to stir, wiggling around a bit as they slowly woke up.
((Ah... I forgot they haven't been claimed yet! xD))
Cinderblaze entered the nursety, watching the kits play. She saw Silverdawn's face, full of love, and sat down next to her. "Busy?" The old she-cat had no kits of her own, but stayed in the nursery to help out with kits. "There's not much fresh-kill, but Sandfeather and Iceshade just went out to fish for a while." She watched Sunkit rest his head on his sister, and noticed his energy and excitement. "Want to go outside?" she asked, seeing that Silverdawn didn't want to desert her other kits. "If that's okay, Silverdawn."
Silverdawn purred, blinking gratefully at the older queen. Even though Cinderblaze didn't have any kits she still stayed in the nursery, and Silverdawn really appreciated the help... Especially with her four energetic kits. "That would be great, Cinderblaze... Cloudkit seems to be getting a late start this morning." Silverdawn touched her nose to Sunkit's head, and gestured towards the exit from the nursery. Sunkit could get into enough mischief on his own, and the other three would be up and around soon enough anyway.Sunkit looked up at his mother, and turned to see Cinderblaze sitting by the exit, and understood what the queens were telling him. He got up, stepping over Cloudkit's tail and running his own over her flank. He slipped past his mother to pad through the nursery entrance and bound out into camp with a loud purr.
Leafkit rolled over onto Cloudkit, not realizing his sister was right there. He quickly sat up off of her, blinking in the morning light. Featherkit curled into a small ball, still wanting to sleep.
Cinderblaze purred. "Is this your first time outside, little one?" she asked Sunkit as they emerged into the clearing. Cinderblaze kept a watchful eye out for any danger around. Cinderblaze got her warrior name for her ferocity and warmth, but also for her protectiveness. The grey she-cat was fiercely protective of all the kits.
((Sunkit is deaf :) ))Sunkit bounced out into the clearing, spotting a dragonfly gliding around the camp, and he bolted off, racing around as he lept into the air trying to catch it. He paused, panting as the dragonfly zoomed out of the Riverclan camp. He looked around at the rising sun and blue sky, narrowing his eyes in the brightness. A breeze ruffled his fur, and he turned to look at the trees to watch the leaves fluttering. Although he couldn't hear them, he loved watching the way they move.
Cloudkit, reluctantly, left the warmth of her position to stumble after Sunkit, blinking at the brightness of the day, though all the same glad to be out in it. Bounding after her brother, building up her energy, she joined him, wanting to make sure that he was okay, and so that she could 'communicate' with him. The little she-kit was slowly building ways of telling him to stop, or when to go, but that was all thus far. She liked it, being able to get him to understand various 'words' in signal-form, like the warriors used on patrols, as the elders had told her. With Sunkit, it would be more difficult, because she could not verbally tell him what she meant, but she liked acting it out for him.
Sunkit turned to see Cloudkit, excited that she was up and out of the nursery. He scampered towards her, stopping just short of barreling into her. He stopped, crouching playfully. He reached out and tapped her nose with a paw, letting out a trill-like mrow. He couldn't hear himself, but he could still make plenty noises and sounds to grab attention or communicate his mood. Cloudkit didn't really need the noises as much, they could communicate pretty well. However, most of the other cats and warriors in camp didn't understand him at all. Thus, the different noises he made. He swished his tail playfully as she watched his sister intently.
Blinking at her brother, Cloudkit tilted her head to the side, and then dropped to her front paws, wiggling her rear in the air before she pounced forwards to put her paws down on his, and then sped away a tail-length, waiting for him to do the same to her. She knew his moods like her own, and playing with him was a lot more interesting than the other kits.
Sunkit mrowed, chasing after his sister. He pounced on her paws, then scooted away to spin around and face her. He stuck his tail straight out, wiggling it and then sticking his behind up in the air. He lashed his tail, and waited for Cloudkit to run after him. He loved playing with his sister: she understood him so well, unlike the rest of the clan.
Mewling, Cloudkit raced after her brother and swatted at his tail, trying to catch it between her two front paws like they did with feathers and moss balls. There was something between them that she felt no one else would understand - even despite their growing tail communication, she could read him and understand him so much better than others.
Sunkit purred, and spun around to tackle his sister. He sat on her, and then laid down. He was too lazy to balance sitting on her while she moved around and wiggled. He knew she liked playing chase, and so did he, but sometimes he liked to roughhouse. Leafkit and Featherkit were quieter, and spent most of their time in the nursery and elders' den. Cloudkit was as playful as he is, and between that and their easy communication she was much more fun to be around. She put up with alot of his mischief, better than alot of the other cats around camp.
Cloudkit mrowed when Sunkit sat on her, and wriggled while he laid down, batting up at him to playfully 'try' to fight him off of her, though she was quite comfortable with his warm fur. Giving it a few heartbeats, she huffed in defeat, waiting for him to check if she was really giving up, intending on pushing him off and pinning him down like she had seen some apprentices practice.
Sunkit could feel his sister meowing as he laid on her, and purred, flopping over comfortably. When Cloudkit finally went limp, he debated just staying there and falling asleep in the warm sun, but finally got up with a small grunt. He waited to see if his sister was going to tackle him. He too had seen the apprentices' play fights, although he partly didn't expect her to.
Cloudkit waited, and then pushed up to shove him off, rolling on top of him to try and pin him down with her little sheathed paws. Licking his face, she jumped off, flicking her tail and waiting to see what he was going to do.
