Oh man I am loving this book!I thought they were screwed when Caldris died, but when the storm came I was not wanting to put the book down reading this part.
Locke did a good job getting them through the storm, even though some people died, he held his own.
When he was down the last rites for the dead that was when Jabril figured it out that he was not a sailor.
SO what happens, they mutiny of course. At least Jean and Locke got put in a boat instead of walking the plank..lol
The best part was when another ship comes and takes the Messenger and Locke's humor comes out when he says
"I'll wager I would have screwed things up regardless. But... can you imagine those poor bastards grappling their prey, leaping over the rails, sword in hand screaming, 'Your cats! Give us your gods-damned cats!'"
Gotta love Lockes humor.
