I cried so hard at Doomsday! Definitely the saddest but End of Time was really sad, too.

I didn't find that part with Amy sad. I found it annoying. I didn't see the point of why the Doctor was seeing her. None of the others saw stuff like that(to the audiences knowledge). I felt it undercut Clara's role in the story. It made it feel like the Doctor didn't care about her.
