What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I only remember from the synopsis that it was this girl that when she saw people, she could see this numbers; the date they would die.
And I'm not sure, but I think it was some kind of terrorist thing, that she (the narrator/girl who sees these death numbers) saw that there were a lot of people that had the same date to die on.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
