"This place always gives me the creeps." Andromeda muttered as she looked at the murky waters.

"Everything gives you the creeps, and you don't even know what is under the lake" jewel sneered. Jewel let at a loud sound that she knew her dragon would come to. Seconds later he came out of the sky and landed at the edge of the water

Andromeda stuck her tongue out at Jewel when her back was turned. "Maybe I don't want to know what's under the lake." Tomlin shot her a warning look to make sure she didn't say anything stupid.

Jewel went up to fireador, he put his head down for her."someone go get me two cows from the paddock over there" she gestured to the cows

Andromeda tried not to blanch, two whole cows? She thought as Tomlin went to the paddock and led the cows over.

"Snack time my baby" she patted him on the head." Come here with them Tomlin, he needs to see your not a threat" she put her other hand out towards him

Tomlin walked closer, not scared at all while Andromeda edged back. "He's got great color Jewel." He said appreciatively as he led the cows.

Jewel smiled at Tomlin"doesn't he" so proud that someone else acknowledged her dragon." Leave the cows there & give me your hand"

He did as she said, wondering what she was going to do. Andromeda's stomach quivered. She shook her head and pushed the fear away, she had seen so much worse in the infirmary that what could possibly happen here.

Fireador moved uneasy, jewel put both her hand and Tomlin on fireador, he won't dare hurt jewel so with her hand with Tomlin he won't hurt him,"see he's not to bad is he"

"Not at all." Tomlin breathed, awed at the majestic animal in front of him. Andromeda got a hold of herself and stopped backing away. She didn't trust Jewel not to tell Fireador to spit fire at her but she doubted the dragon would go berserk with Jewel right in front of him.

Jewel was talking to fireador but Tomlin had answered, she smiled. " ok now we an feed him" jewel moved to grave one of the cows." Oh you might wanna move behind me"

"Usually I would take offense to that." Tomlin mused as he slowly moved behind Jewel.

"Ha but that is wise" jewel moved the cows in front of fireador and moved back as the dragon ate them both in one go. " good boy"

Andromeda looked at the spot where the two cows had stood. Two whole cows? She thought again, partially in shock.

Jewel turned to Tomlin,"he seems to like you, he might even let you ride him.thats very rare for him". Jewel looked over at Andromeda,"you look scared Andromeda" raising a eye

"Yeah well I am. You try looking at a strange dragon during his meal and tell me you're not scared even just a little." Andromeda replied, meeting Jewel's condescending gaze. "Do you really think he would let me ride him?" Tomlin asked excitedly, his earlier tiredness forgotten.

Jewel thought about this," no I've never been scared of him" showing a grin." Yer I think he would, if you want I can saddle him for you, it will only take a few minutes. That is if you wanna?" Jewel stared at him

"Hell yes!" Tomlin said excitedly. Andromeda rolled her eyes, "a boy and his dragon." She muttered. "And I said strange dragon Jewel of course you're going to be fine with a dragon you've fed hundreds of times."

Jewel laughed at his recation. She went over and got the double sattle, and hooked it to fireador. he shifed and moved to help her get it on. when she had checked it she turned around to Tomlin. "you ready then" and offered her hand for him to get on the second seat

"Yeah!"Tomlin said and grabbed her hand. He looked back at Andromeda who was looking at the both of them, "I'll be back soon And, if you get bored you can go back to the infirmary. I promise as soon as we're done here I'll go rest." Andromeda nodded and watched them take off.

"what ever you do dont let go" jewel said as they shot into the sky. They were up above the clouds when fireador stated to level out and glide

Tomlin rolled his eyes and wondered why people only said that in moments where letting go was suicide. I suppose that is the point, but I'm not suicidal. He thought and enjoyed the view of the surrounding clouds and the beautiful girl sitting in front of him.

Jewel loved the view from the sky it made her feel light and free, it was the only place she felt peace. She turned around to see Tomlin enjoying himself, the clouds opened up and the view was of the green hills and forest that they pasted

By the time they headed back the sun had started to set, casting everything in a pale orange glow.

Jewels favorite time,sunset. They were heading back,everything was glowing, even Tomlin face was glowing. They were almost back at the lake

Andromeda had waited for about five point six seconds before leaving the lake's edge where Jewel and Tomlin had taken off. She was currently kicking at rocks along the pebbly beach, wondering why Jewel seemed to make it one of her missions to make her feel like a coward. Maybe it has something to do with the way she looks at Tomlin, she pondered.

When they were almost back jewel saw andromeda, telling fireador to call to her to know that they were back. They passed her and jewel told her dragon to land. He did but showed off as he went down doing a flip & touched the groynd

Tomlin slid off Fireador and went over to Andromeda. "You waited? I told you you could just go back without us." He said once he reached her. She shrugged and asked, "did you have a good time?" He smiled widely and nodded, "you should have seen the view it was incredible."

Jewel took off the saddle off fireador and walked over to Andromeda and Tomlin ,"if you want Andromeda I can take you next time, I'm sure you will enjoy it"

The hell I will Andromeda thought, trying not to shudder at the thought of being alone with Jewel hundreds of feet up in the air... With no witnesses. "That's alright, I appreciate the offer though." She said.

"It will always stand, for both of you"jewel looked from andromeda to Tomlin

Tomlin smiled at the thought of flying again but Andromeda just shook her head.

"I think it's time we rested Tomlin, we both need it" thinking she was almost dead tired

"That's probably a good idea." Andromeda said as she watched the buzz Tomlin had gotten from flying wear off. Replaced with bone-tired wariness.

"Then I'm going up to my tent, goodnight guys", jewel said leave to go up to her tent. Before she went to bed she did her exercises, knife throw and push-uos

Seeing there was no on else around jewel took off her shirt and pants so that only her undergarments were on, and walked into the water, she turned around to see if Tomlin had followed her

Tomlin stripped down and dove into the water after making sure all of his clothes were in a pile. He broke the surface and smirked at Jewel.

Jewel laughed, he had got her all wet when he dived in. Jewel smiled," what's with that look" she said tilting her head to the sude

"Oh nothing, you're just going to be awfully uncomfortable with wet undergarments once we get out." Tomlin said mischievously.

Jewel blushed, he was right,"what are you trying to say", she hadn't thought about when she got out now she released her wet clothes would show throw her others

Tomlin chuckled at her discomfort, "nothing. Just that I won't have the same problem." He started doing a backstroke deeper into the lake.

Jewels eyes widened, now she thought bout it what did he he strip down to, she looked over and his clothes were all in a pile, her blushed deepened as she called out to him," what do you mean your pants will be wet, won't they?" Trying to ask him with out saying if he was wearing no clothes, she turned around so not to face him

Tomlin smirked, "finally catching on are ya? And no my pants will not be wet."

Jewels heart raced, what was wrong with her it never normally acted this way, lucky his body was under the water lucky the water was black. She turned around when she heard a splash near her
