Reader's Ink discussion

So, who else in in the midst of Catherine the Great's Russian escapades? Me, I'm a little more than half-way through the novel, and I'm digging it. Good pick, Auntie Cheryl. It's kind of nice to read a royal drama that's not about merry old England.

I'm almost half way. I was finishing three other books, taking them back to the library today then will get back on track.

I have it from the library but haven't started it yet. My hold list from the library has been quiet for months ... until a couple of weeks ago, when several came off at once. Of course.

That said, I am digging Age of Miracles right now. I can see why it had a hold list in the triple digits.

I think I'm about 100 pages in- really enjoying it, but haven't found time for reading (unless its a textbook or journal article) in the last couple of weeks. I hope I'm able to finish it- also thinking I'm gonna have to get on the March reading, because it was my pick!

Lauren: I just got back from the Library, taking some back and picking up books for my other club. I was looking in a cart that needed to be filed, and there was your "Age of Miracles." Didn't have to wait at all. So I picked it up, and I enjoyed your review very much. Sounds quite interesting.

Alisha: I picked up "Milo" a few weeks ago, but hadn't started reading it yet. I just read a few reviews and it sounds quite interesting too. So looking forward to starting it too.

Much reading ahead. Enjoy ladies - Alisha, I'm empathizing with you. Can't be easy competing with school, but hope school is meeting your goals too.

I loved what I have read so far! :)
But I'm going to have to wait to finished it. I had to return it back to the library. :( (Bumper!) There's a waiting list. :(
Hopefully, I get it back in a week or two. :S
