Should I read this book? I read This Man and found myself struggle to finish it. Ava's character drove me insane. Is Beneath This Man worth readying? I brought it already when I bought This man. Thoughts?

Hi I think beneath this man was better then the first Ava is a bit naive in the first book . But I thought by the end of this man she had finally found a back bone . Well at least until the next book ? But overall I did enjoy the second book better i loved Jesse and his possessive alto ego ? I think you will need to at least give it a chance maybe a chapter or two ? :-)

Connie Thank you for your feedback. I think I will. At least if it gets better than I'll give it a try. ...more

You should. It's worth readying. Ok, i know ava's 'little' bit histerical when she found out something more about jesse. But i think she can handle it very well.

I'm glad someone asked this question... because I am at the fence about continuing this trilogy.

I was really irritated with Ava's character in This Man, but I really feel she matured and stuck by Jesse a lot more in Beneath This Man. I loved it and would recommend you at least give it a try. I can't wait for the next book- I think this series is awesome! :)

I don't know about you guys but I didn't like this book... I just think it's too much. They are in a destructive relationship and instead of helping each other, they are dragging the other down with them, too many personal problems, too much hysteria, Jesse is way way too possesive/protective/whatever you want to call him and anyway this book just didn't do it for me... Plus what up with Jesse and Ava's pills? And I swear if I read him telling her to watch her mouth, I'll go crazy...
