Somebody help me out, i'm confused.

All of the sudden out of freaking nowhere, Emily says to Chloe that she was pregnant? How come we never heard of this before in the books? She never even thought about it, or mentioned it before she tells Chloe? I find this very confusing.. Was that a dream or something?

Well I think the pregnancy was an afterthought because Wanted was supposed to be the last book in the series and Sara Shepard needed a storyline for Emily so they say she got pregnant after her and Isaac had sex in Killer. The 11th book Stunning pretty much reveals all about what happened.

She is pregnant but it doesn't say it in the previous books not until the following books

Was, not is. By the time she mentions it, she is referring to the birth of the baby in past tense.
