Here's a fun game that can hopefully help us all add a few new books to our to-read shelf!

The game is simple, post a book you've read or want to read. Then another person rates that book in a comment below. You can use numbers in your answer. (Ex: Pretty good one! 8/10) or simply write what you thought of the book in a few sentences! Afterward, be sure to post another book so that the game can continue!

I'll start us off: Wither by Lauren DeStefano.

I loved the world that Roth created for that book! I can't wait for the third book and I often find myself wondering which faction I'd be in. XD

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

I love Greek mythology, and this book (and the rest of the series) incorporates it better than any other book I've read.

Delirium by Lauren Oliver

Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake

This book is awesomely creepy in a few areas, and, although doesn't contribute to my rating, I absolutely love the cover.

I absolutely loved Graceling and the books that followed (Fire & Bitterblue). I heard from a friend there's going to be a fourth book in the series! I hope she's right.

There are some slow parts, and it can be forgettable (I had to reread this a few weeks ago because I remembered absolutely nothing about it). The ending is great, though, and it's interesting in most parts.

Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen

(Yeah, I would definitely recommend reading Shiver. It's a great book. It's one of those books that I actually got my best friend to read, and she doesn't read very often.)

For Someone Like You . . .

Sarah Dessen is one of my favorite YA contemporary authors, and I have read every one of her books that have been released. There were two books out of all of them that didn't leave me wanting to reread it over and over again: Someone Like You and This Summer. I did like this one better than This Summer, but it's nowhere as memorable as the rest of Dessen's books. I can't actually remember much from the book, but the things I do remember are things I noticed as similarities between the movie How to Deal (which is a combination of my two least favorite Dessen books into a movie featuring Mandy Moore). I actually enjoyed watching the movie more than reading the books, which is pretty rare for me.

So, in short, I did like Someone Like You, but it wasn't very memorable.

Lol, you're good at picking out the ones I haven't read yet, Kaitlin! XD Gone is another one that's been on my list forever, but I haven't gotten a chance to read it. I've heard great reviews, though, and now that the final book is out, I really want to read it.

I fell in love with Stephanie and Evanonvich always has a compelling mystery to keep you engaged. The only problem is there's SO MANY it makes it hard to keep them all straight in your head. XD

I wasn't sure if I would like Warriors when I first saw the series, but I've ended up really liking them. I only wish they had been released in my middle school years.

Hot guys who can control the elements? What's not to love? And Kemmerer writes the guys so well! Can't wait for Spirit!

Yamile, I really liked Anna Dressed in Blood and would recommend it to anyone who likes a creepier read, as well as The Hallowed Ones.
