Oh, I didn't know that! Is there a weight measurement to check? It might explain why some of my US recipes turn out a bit strangely, given that I have a habit of not checking whether I've picked up large or medium eggs!



I noticed that she equates on large UK egg with an extra large one from the US.
If this is actually true across the board it's another thing to keep in mind when translating recipes.
