You're also a member of Our Novel Escape, right Kate? I think we'll be doing a Buddy Read of the Outlander series sometime around May or June if you'd like to join us! :-)

I'll definately join in with that one then - I really like Our Novel Escape - at least one group that doesn't confuse me!

I pretty much lap up anything by Isaac Asimov, Agatha Christie or Chuck Palahniuk. So yeah...those types of books....hmmm.

Yeah...mine are very eclectic. Long fantasy series, then murder mystery...then Sci-fi...then non-fiction...etc. Like to mix it up. Like when I travel..jungle, desert, then city, diving reefs, then snow...and so on and so on.
Whenever I am asked for a list of favourites I can never remember a single name! But I like to read from many genres and will read fantasy, sci fi, general fiction, literature and classics at times. My current book lust is for zombie books (how embarrassing!)
Zombies are alive and well...well no...I mean...nothing wrong with a love of Zombies. My wife and I are mad zombie fans. Zombieland is one of our favourite movies too.
i love a bit of zombie action!! Walking Dead season 3 has been put on some weird channel over here in England that i don't have so will have to wait for the box set :( I have to admit though that it's not the zombies i love in Walking Dead - it's Rick - the main policeman guy - yum yum lol
I also love Shaun of the Dead :)
My son is into
- he went to a book signing recently and all the staff in the shop were zombied up and playing the part - was great !

I always waitfor the dvds to be released. I like to watchmyseries all in one marathon session! I' m also reading the David Moody zombie series now. What is it about zombies that is so appealing?
I would like to add to my favourite authors after reading
I found this book both haunting, heartbreaking and overall magical!

Going back to the zombie theme earlier - i wastched 'Warm Bodies' and it was so good - although my teenage son was unconvinced and rolled his eyes at the thought of zombies being cured by love lol
I think i will read it
now :)

I'm going to add Gillian Flynn...she writes like a man and i like that ...no girly rom com nonsense with Gillian!!
Yes, I agree - after reading 3 of her books, I would say she is one of my favorite authors right now.
David Nichols has a new book out "Us" although can't find it yet on GR. Anyway, I love David Nichols so this has got me excited as it is his first new book since "One Day" and I bloody love that one!!!
Just downloaded "US" on iBooks read about 20 or so pages and it's started off pretty funny. I must confess that I haven't read any if his previous books so if this one carries on as it's started I'll have another back catalogue to work through :-)
