Alec walked in the shadows of a town, spying on the humans.

Saphire walked home from work. It had been a long, tiring day for her.
Alec spyed Saphire and started to follow her.
Alec watched her curiously, still following. He wondered who she was.
Alec watched her go to her house then slunk around the back, hiding in the shadows.
She walked inside to her parents screaming at each other. Frustrated, she walked back outside, slamming the door behind her.
Alec watched her and walked into the sun slightly. "Paper for the day?" He asked, making the newspaper materialze in his hands.
She looked at him, and said, politely, "no, thank you, though."
Alec nodded and made his eyes shine. "Are you sure? It is free."
"Yea, I'm sure," she said, giving a smile.
He smiled back, looking charming. "You can have it anyway." He walked over to her.
She watched him, "thanks, I guess."
He continued to smiled and handed her the paper. "The name's Valentine."
"Saphire," she said, smiling, also.
"nice name." Alec said. She seemed interesting. He wanted to know more. "Care for a walk?"
"Sure," she said with a smile.
He grinned and started to walk down the street with her. He just needed to get her back to his place, then she'd be his.
She smiled as she walked with him.
he walked around a corner into a dark street.
Alec smiled at her with charm. She just needed to go down the street and through the portal to his home.
Alec smiled again. "My house is just past this street."
She still had a wary expression.
