Hi! My book's called Kokopelli's Thunder. The plot is complex and the action non-stop.

In the 12th century, a Mayan witch comes to New Mexico from the south. Seeking powerful magic, she stumbles upon the Anasazi people of Chaco Canyon. Within days of her arrival, their sophisticated civilization is destroyed.

Then, in the 20th century, she's back.

Two lone Anasazi survivors and their pterodactyl -- all three about 800 years old -- must stop her before she gets her hands on the ultimate power and tries to resurrect her son.

The story flashes back and forth between timelines as you learn the secrets of what's happened to the Anasazi.
