I didn't think I was going to have to say this, but I'm noticing some negativity. Not from everyone, but one or two can kill it for the group.

I'm very much open to criticism, but not in the form of posting it on a public forum. If you find that you have some form of criticism for another author, I urge you to contact that person directly. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should we be calling one another out on mistakes in a discussion. I should never have to read a post that is in any way insulting or rude. Moving forward, if I see any negativity, I will immediately delete your post without notification. If you continue in that same manner, the Admins and Moderators have the authority to remove you from the group and block you permanently. You will not receive warning. We are not running a daycare, we will not hold your hand, and we will not tolerate anyone making another author or blogger feel bad. This is not up for debate. Please keep the posts positive and helpful, and pass along any negative feedback directly to the person it is intended for, rather than posting your feedback on a public forum such as this. It's common courtesy. We're all here to learn and collaborate.

For the vast majority of you who are keeping it positive, thank you so much, and I'm sorry that you had to read all that. I really hope this is the last of the negativity and that I don't have to remove anyone.

Thank you.

Ashley
