"Stop being so grumpy and annoying wren. This place isn't as a bad as you make it out to be. We can go swim if you want?" She said hopefully. She knew her sister was happier in mermaid form...

Jake walked into the courtyard he was alone,just how he felt. A few weeks ago when he recieved his school letter, and saw he had been accepted. All he could think about is how he would finally meet and make friends of his own kind. Even though he had his family he wanted something more. Now he didn't even want to talk to anyone.
After a while Jake decided go to his room and put his bags inside.
"Eva" Jake thought " l have made my decision. Come to the courtyard."
Jake waited in the courtyard for Eva in his human form. He hoped she would come soon.
Eva walks in the courtyard, in her wolf form "So?"
She reached through her connection "Alec come to the courtyard, I want you to meet someone"
"I have decided to join your pack. If you still would take me in." Jake said
She looks at Jake questionably "Your human form?"
"Yes, This is me not all wolfy." Jake joked
Eva jumps unto the fountain-instantly changing into a human image of herself. She sat on the fountain. "So my friend?"
"Yes" Jake said "So, can I take you up on the deal you said yesterday?"
"The question is do you want to become a part of my family and are you prepared to a pack?" She watches his expression and waited for his answer.
"I would like to be with other werewolfs and... I would be honored to be part of your family and protect it. But I havent told people that I'm a werewolf, and I would like to keep it that way. I dont want people to be afraid of me, do you understand what I mean." Jake said
She jumps down to hug Jake. "Welcome, brother" She moves back, and say "Yes I do I understand what you mean, and I should tell you that I'm not a werewolf I'm a wolf by birth."She smiles.
"Thank you, for welcoming me. But how are you all wolf and able to turn into a human?"
"You see, a few selected members of my pack are able to take on a human form. No one knows why or how some of us can and others can't, so that's why I'm here-to learn about the ancient Wolves of Time."
"That really cool. Is Alec your brother then?"
She smiles "No, he's a good friend of mine-I though he would come. He usually show up to a location before I do, when I ask him to come somewhere with me"
"Oh that makes sense. Will we have to meet him so he knows I joined the pack?"
Merry give a mocking look "No way-he could care less who you are" She look at Callum "Do you why to me him?"
"I dont care, I just thought since we are in the same pack we would be hanging out with each other alot."
"We can, I don't know many except you, Alec, and this angel name Tory"
"OK I was going to get some dinner and then go for a run in the valley. Do you want to join me?" Jake asked
"Sure, but just to let you know I'm a fast runner" She smiles.
"Ya we'll see, come on." he says smiling
Eva left with Jake to get luch
