Nellie was lying on her bed in the Academy. See, the school was both a regular school and a boarding school. You could live there, but you didn't have to. Nellie lived there. It was a little after eight and she was petting her two kittens Ryder and Sasha while listening to a little Coldplay. She heard a noise down the hallway, clicked off her music and went to investigate.

"Um, hello. I'm Brandon. I'm new here and got lost going to my room..." He rubbed the back of his head. "And that sounded really dorky."
"Um..." He looked at the paper. "15A..."
"Now? Or later tonight? Say around 7?"
"Sounded like you were first." He said with a grin.
"You're the one offering up Saturday." He said back. "Classic dating day." He raised an eyebrow, cocked his head, and smirked.
"You're still the one who suggested it." He said in a sing-song voice.
He raised an eyebrow. "You're the one who brought up the fair in the first place."
"You're the one who answered it."

"It's not like I came willingly." He said calmly.

He regarded her calmly. "Would you rather go to the fair tomorrow?"

He went into his room and put stuff away.
He answered the door. "Hello again."
"It's fine. Sometimes you just need to let it out. Want to come in?"
He closed the door behind her. He didn't comment on the tears. "Sit down."

Nellie had been passing by this, trying to return to her room after seeing that girl fall, and saw the fire."Woah!" The boy and girl turned around.
"There's no need to be ashamed."
