Sara | 1500 comments Sometimes while obsessing over a book, we can be stuck in the same position for awhile. Tell good, funny, creative, or even helpful ways we can Move it, Move it:)

LARPing.

My friends and I LARP PJO and Gallagher Girls, as well as TMI/TID and Divergent all the time at school! Sometimes it's just reciting lines back and forth, but other times we full out reenact scenes (think: the 6 fingered Nigel discussion in TID). My BFF Perri and I auditioned for Divergent, so we sometimes LARP that, too. ^.^

Maki ⌒☆ (tanukigrrl) | 72 comments Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Aside from walking to/from work, running items up and down the stairs for guests is the only real form of excercise I get on a daily basis. In my natural state, I move less than a sloth does.

Kate Winchester (katewhitetigerlover) | 16 comments listen to audio books while running/walking/biking/skating through your favorite place. That is not inside. Please, no skating inside of Barnes and Noble

Amanda (pandwen) | 141 comments my secret trick is to always move (you can do this while you are reading) I find I am always bouncing my legs while sitting down (don't even think about it)

Kate Winchester (katewhitetigerlover) | 16 comments i know, i look around my classroom all the time, and like half the class is moving in some way. some will be twirling their pencil, doodling, shaking their foot, swinging their feet, tapping their fingers, shaking their legs. its like we can't NOT move...

message 12: by Kathleen (new)

Kathleen | 81 comments Not so much exercise, but I stretch sometimes while I'm reading. Since my mind is already preoccupied with the book, it makes stretching a lot easier.

message 13: by Joanna Marie (new)

Joanna Marie (joannacapats) I use the NTC app to workout for 30minutes per day at home!
