Meaghan (meaghan2293) So I finished this last night. A little late, since it's already April, but considering I still haven't read February's book, I'd say I'm doing ok.

I was surprised that the book climaxed in the middle like it did. I knew that Lucy's identity would be revealed, but at the same time, I expected it to be later in the book.

I didn't like Isabel much. And then with her husbands complete devotion to her after they were discovered, she was even worse. I actually doubted whether or not she would come forward with the truth, especially after Hannah told her she could have Lucy back.

It was a good read, although I struggled a few times to keep people in line, because it jumped from different points of view regularly.

Ashley (sprtychick10) I really enjoyed this book. I had a hard time feeling sorry for Isabel because she was wrong in keeping the child from the real mother in the beginning. I felt Tom needed to step up to Isabel but I guess he got caught up in the grief of the miscarriages.

Lindsay♫SingerOfStories♫ (lindsaysingerofstories) Okay, finished the book. Once I passed the (early) climax, I couldn't put the book down. There was a span of about twenty pages right at the end when Tom was in jail talking to lawyers and Isabel was at home being coddled and Lucy-Grace was throwing tantrums with Hannah and I just couldn't take it anymore. I had to skim read for a while. I couldn't handle any more of Isabel's denial of reality and accusations of Tom, who had been trying to convince her and talk her through things the whole time. At that point I just wanted to know the outcome.

The ending was very satisfying, which was great considering all the tension. Tom was, I think, one of the most good-hearted and true characters I have read in a while and I really liked him. I was so glad amends were made between Tom and Lucy-Grace. Very very sweet.
