"..50. Good job, you are almost as strong as me." Kat smirked, laying back against her chair. Her brother, Andrew, was currently benching a large amount of weight.
Andrew scoffed, grinning as he set the bar in place. "In your dreams , Kitty Kat." As he spoke he sat up and flexed his muscular arm.
"Ahh, don't call me that!" Kat delcared as she punching his shoulder lightly. She let out a laugh, thinking of all the times he had called her that.

Andrew was about to say something, but hesitated. "Who's that?" He asked quietly to Kat. Kat looked over at the girl and shrugged. "All I know is she is super athletic." Andrew nodded nonchalantly, running a hand through his hair.
"Of course not, go right ahead." Kat gave her a small smile. Andrew nodded and then returned back to his weights. He laid back down, wiping his hair out of his face.
"I like this song." Andrew declared randomly, turning to the girl. "What is the name of this?" He questioned, standing up and stretching out his arms.
"Imagine Dragons..." Andrew tested the name out on his tongue. He chuckled, finding it amusing.
"I love radioactive and bleeding out." Kat put in, rolling her eyes at her immature brother.

"They are both so good!" Kat smiled at the girl, liking her music style. As the boy walked in, she glanced up. Andrew recognized him for fourth hour.
Sara strolled into the gym with a water bottle in hand. She went over to the bikes and set her water down.
((OMFG! Doctor Who!!!))
Sara put her headphones in and mounted the bike, she started to pedal going into her own little world.

Done with her workout Sara gets off of the bike her legs feeling like noodles. She stumbles and then laughs at herself while taking out her head phones.
((Busy fangirling at the DW reference sorry))Alyssa felt a little self conscious that she was going to practise her Tae Kwon Do patterns in a public place that wasn't her class but she figured she wouldn't look THAT ridiculous. Besides, the gym was basically empty.
Alyssa punched & kicked, making the funny noise she was supposed to to 'give her power' when she caught Sara's eyes and instantly fell silent.
Alyssa smiled at the floor, the last time she'd practised somewhere public some snobs told her it was manish and freaky. "Thanks," She finished off the pattern, 'Keum Gang' and took a seat on the bench."You do any martial art?"
Alyssa was sitting her hands in fists, "What, do you run or swim or-," She stopped suddenly, "Don't tell me you cheer?"
((Is softball like baseball?))"Ooh," Alyssa smiled, "My dad is in love with 'soccer,'" She said fully American. Her accent was a strange combination of American and Scottish, seeing as she lived with two Scottish relatives. "Except, he's Scottish. Calls it football,"
(( Yes except is uses a bigger ball :D))
"So your Scottish? That's awesome!" Sara smiled even more.
"So your Scottish? That's awesome!" Sara smiled even more.
(( Ah, thanks ;) ))"Half Scottish, yeah s'pose so- if you like eating haggis every January for burns day!" She laughed softly.
"Nah, 'an acquired taste', some say you love or you hate it. If you mix it with mash potato and turnip- okay it SOUNDS horrible but trust me, it's pretty good." She pulled a chocolate bar from her kit bag and broke off a square, "Want some?"
"Good, you need some fat on them, how on Earth do you stay warm in winter?" She shoved the small piece into Sara's hand. "If you feel bad you can come jog with me," She kicked her bag under the bench and headed to the treadmill, "Told my coach I'd get my stamina up anyway,"
Sara ate the chocolate and smiled, "Thank you, I'd love to join you." She followed her to a treadmill.
Alyssa just copied whatever Sara set her treadmill to. Sara was probably more athletic but odds were Alyssa was five times more stubborn. She downed half her bottle of water and ran.
Alyssa panted alongside Sara who ran faster that she'd thought. She shouted encouragement at herself inside but after 8 minutes and 38 seconds -yes, she HAD been counting- she lowered the speed to half.
"Crap," Alyssa cried suddenly, noticing the time. "Is that one already? Really sorry, but I have to go!" She hastily pack her stuff into the bag and darted for the door, "Nice talking, Sarah! We should do it again sometime!" And then she was gone. ((Have to go, it's 1am here haha , g'night :) ))
Kat glanced around the room, scanning over everyone who had appeared. Andrew stood up and made his way over to the free weights, Kat following close behind.
"No, Andrew please don't do this." Kat groaned, covering her face with her hands. Andrew winked and stood up, facing the room. "Attention everyone.. We are going to have a little race." He put his hands together and made eye contact with everyone in the room. "Do we have to do this?" Kat grumbled and tugged on the back of his shorts, attempting to make him sit down. "Don't be ridiculous, of course we have to do this." Andrew winked at her, his eyes filled with enthusiasm. He loved racing, and more importantly he lived winning
Marianna gets on a treadmill and begins to run.
"So are you guys up for it?" Andrew frowned, trying to get the attention of the two girls running
Marianna sighed, getting off the treadmill. "Up for what?"
Kat yawned, filling in for Andrew. "Are you up for a race?" She stated blandly. Andrew nodded along with her.
The door swept open, signaling the arrival of someone new. A gentle breeze allowed the scent of vanilla sugar and hazelnut to waft in just before a girl juggling a binder beneath her arm and a drawstring bag slung over her shoulder walked in. She had a ponytail holder clutched between her teeth as she raked her honeyed brown curls into a high ponytail with slender fingers. Her mission accomplished, she grinned and dropped her binder to her hands before she realized how silent it was. All of the students seemed to be fixated on the kids near the treadmills. She bit her lip and twisted the frayed edge of her Texas Rangers t-shirt. That was where she had been headed. Well...
With an inward sigh, Cassidy heads for the treadmills as originally planned, dropping her bright green one-inch binder and small bag before stepping up on the machine, fiddling with the settings.
Andrew let a smirk play on his lips. "What about you, new girl?" He eyed her up and down, impressed by her slender build. He ran his hand through his hair nonchalantly.
Marianna rolled her eyes and punched Andrew. "You're a horrible flirt."
"What about me?" Cassidy's eyes lit up with curiosity, dark brown orbs turning an interesting shade of amber upon catching the light. "I've just gotten here, so I'm not sure what you're talking about." A sheepish smile played at her lips.
Marianna rolled her eyes again. "On second thought, you're both horrible at this. What this kid means is, do you want to join this, uh, race?"
"Im not flirting." Andrew raised an eyebrow and gave her an innocent look. "In fact, I need flirt." He smirked, crossing his defined arms over his chest. Kat snorted and shoved his shoulder lightly. "Good one, Andy." He gave Kat an amused glance and returned to look at the other girls.
